Very scandalous and dubious

Very scandalous and dubious. I paid twice (which was an error) for the day 2 and 8 PCR tests upon arrival to the UK in January 2022. My test kit was not sent until March, this was after repeated emails and me requesting refunds as the aim for the test was defeated. After promising in their email to refund, they went ahead to send me two test kits which I no longer needed as I had conducted business elsewhere. I can post the email thread here if it will help anyone avoid this company.
