877 Spirits customer has gone down…
877 Spirits customer has gone down tremendously. I placed an order and was told by the customer service person that the order will arrive in 4-5 business days on day 5 I noticed that the tracking number I received still showed no movement. I called no answer left messages for two days still no movement. I messaged Mark K managing partner who apologized and said he would have half the order overnighted would get it Saturday. Didn’t happen! Still no deliveries. This managing partner seems like just lied completely. When the only thing important is a sale and not customer service. There’s a problem . A deep rooted problem. No response, I have emailed since Friday when I saw tracking number read no delivery for Saturday. Just be ware where you’re shopping. These guys don’t care emphatically lie to the customer. Go local , convenience isn’t define by poor customer service. I say stay local , these guys just demonstrate poor character poor customer service!!!
