This rarely works on the first try. Every time I use it, I have to try it at least 5 times for it to connect at all. Also, it randomly set its language to Chinese without me doing anything to it. The only reason I am still using it is because it is provided by the school I work at.

Terrible app, all of these apps give you the idea they’re free and they aren’t. When they renewed for a year subscription on my account I had my card on hold but I was not able to dispute the purchase bc of that. So I decided to let the purchase go through so I could dispute it and get a refund. I didn’t even use the app, I had immediately deleted it when I did the dispute and they denied a refund. It said I had a year subscription until the end of July 2026, I would understand if it looked like I just wanted to use the app and then get my money back, but that wasn’t the case. It isn’t even mid August 2025 (less than 2 weeks since “purchase”) and it’s been over a week of disputes so obviously I’m not using the app and trying to get my money back. So be aware **they do not do refunds no matter what** they’re cheap and not like other apps in Apple Store who will gladly refund you when it’s apparent you didn’t mean to purchase it. So be aware they’re not honest people looking out for you.
