This company if you can call it that is a scam! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered an item from them and it was NEVER received! They claimed it was mailed and there was a tracking number but the postal service never received the item. It was hell getting my $ back and that came with a smart remark from the "manager" of "enjoy your free item"... Lol ya we never got it jerk!
Wish I would have taken the time to read these reviews first. This company is a complete scam. They sell shoddy merchandise from China that does not work. Do not give them yoir money!
I ordered a microscope from this company I believe it's the same microscope that Walmart has for no more than twenty bucks it doesn't work properly there's no way to return the merchandise it said two day shipping which I paid extra for and it took six days there's no phone number they don't respond I've been attempting to return the product because it doesn't work as specified it wouldn't open on my phone I couldn't use it on my tablet I could only hook it up to my computer which you can't take your computer with you everytime you want to view something with it. My Internet Security lag the software as malicious and unsafe so that gave me pause and the day after I received it I decided to return it wrote the company and ask for the return address as specified I kept all the original packaging and I was never responded back to that Illinois address is only a suite I think that the company is based out of China and when looking further into the business I read the real reviews they've been turned into the Better Business Bureau the FTC Federal Trade Commission and have horrible reviews though the reviews in the ads say otherwise? I filed a dispute and still haven't heard from them? I don't know how they come up as a reputable business with an Illinois address? U.S. needs to regulate online companies better or at least have some kind of notification that the company is not recommended/legit
I believe it is a phony company. The microphone I bought took over a month to arrive. Nobody answers on their phone. Jay always answers the emails but even though I returned the microphone, they still charged me for it. Thank God for tracking numbers because I can prove I returned it. But now I have to go through the whole dispute process. Dont buy from them. They are thieves.
