Extremely poor quality bottles
I bought a 100mls bottle and the cap completely popped off and the whole liquid fell on the floor. I specifically made sure the cap was well fitted before pouring any liquid out. And unfortunately the liquid is quite hard to clean off the carpet.

Our bottles are a of standard shortfill type used for eliquids, purchased from a well know an reputable supplier and are certainly not poor quality.
The caps are not easily removed from them and usually require to be pried off with a cap remover or something similar. We always ensure the caps are fitted properly (its one of our quality checkpoints) so we are mystified how this has happened especially when you say you also checked the cap was on correctly?
