The $7 checklist was very useful, BUT....!!!! I came for the $7 checklist, and one month later, I was charged for a recurring subscription of $240 I didn't ask for. Thankfully, they gave me my money... See more

My account was mistakenly debited $899 for a different content item than the one I intended to purchase. Upon realizing this, I promptly informed 100Tasks team and requested a refund. Additionally, I expressed my willingness to purchase the intended content, which is priced at $199. However, despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received any response from the team regarding the refund.

After some initial access issues, I was a able to dig into the content - As someone working in academia, it is refreshing to find a knowledge piece that matches itself to the reality of actual entrepreneurship.
It is thorough in the right places, and open ended where it needs to be. A gold nugget. They need to sort out some of their initial customer journey/access points for a better experience, but this should not impede on their backbone.
Kudos, Martin.

This is a scam! There is a hidden subscription of 199$ every month that you never know you signed up for! If you made a mistake of paying a small amount for this, find the subscription plan and cancel immediately

Disaster. very bad. The access is a mess. The routing of links too.

They overcharged you with a hidden subscription. I thought I was only paying for a list, and what was my surprise of being charged almost $200 for services I have never used even once 2 months later. I do not recommend.

The user interface has to be more straightforward and simple , hard to find

As a tech founder, the 100tasks platform offers a structured platform for entrepreneurs and I will certainly be using their platform as I scale my business.

I just signed up and expected to be given a list, with 100 tasks.
When I finally reset my password and got to a dashboard I had 4 courses to choose from. Unsure which one I punted at Project Management. It had 1 task attached, to sign in, again, to something else.
Once I completed that task, it's now at 100% complete and I can replay that "task" gamification to the extreme.
In that course there are 12 todo's, non of them have any explanations or how to go about them, incredibly broad and vague like "Identify Problems and Trends".
At this point, a pdf check list would have held more value than the hoops I've jumped through.

Bought an LTO / SLO package offer from these guys recently, and the $199/m auto rebill for the 'included subscription free trial' was subtle, but not unnoticeable.
I do wonder how many people skipped past it and didn't notice it on the sales page.
However, they do send a very clear email about it 14 days out from rebill, so its not like they're being super sneaky ...and, I'm sure its a great tool + community for those who can make use of it - I'm just not one of them. Maybe in 6-18 months time though.
In the mean time, if they could just maybe add the login URL directly to the 100tasks.com home page, and provide the direct login page URL in the 'heres your access details email' - that would be cool.
(Surely CX testing is part of a startup / product launch too yeah?)

THE EXPERIENCE of jumping from an IG ad to the website/landing page. Not knowing what you’re paying for, what the offer includes, is very misleading—it even made me feel insecure about what I would find inside or whether what I was buying would actually be useful.
After checking off approximately the four bonuses… You start with $7, then $78… then an extra $81, with which you also don’t know what you’re going to find inside. Then they sell you another link without confirming with you—they just charge you directly after having your details—for $899.
You begin to receive emails that either don’t work or have a good UX…
The platform is confusing; it isn’t translated into other languages or subtitled. They don’t tell you that. You log in and there are courses—some enabled, others not—and you never really know what you bought…
I’m waiting for someone from customer service to answer me and provide more information.

Taken a bit to navigate but once you into the project management course it’s really great! Brings such great structure to the process.

They won't give you a refund. Their course isn't good, the PDF material is also badly organized, you can't learn and you can't use this platform at all.

I experienced a lot of unfamiliarity at the beginning and the introduction. I hope that I will experience better processes as I spend some time.
