how to temper this and remain objective..........lying scumbag thieves!

ive been with them for far too long (2 years ish) cos they're so cheap. I thought i could live with the appalling service however, the frustration from their lack of response and telling you things are fixed when theyre not has actually meant i view the more expensive competition as better value. the downtime and lack of refunds probably puts their price on par with others, but at least the others' services are usuable for more than half the month!

never had a word of sympathy, understanding, and certainly never seen any offer of refund!!

they are quick to respond when their payment portal goes down though.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Avoid Like The Plague!

After they took a full payment, they "transferred" my account to "hostlower" without notice. Then, both sites went off the radar for days... Then 100tbh returned and hostlower is STILL down for the count... No reply to my support tickets on either 100tbh or hostlower and no server (server has been down 2 weeks).

They have closed my support requests for help without answer.

Avoid like the plague... They used Google Checkout to avoid dispute like Paypal would issue... Bunch of Con Jobs!

Good SeedBox and Dedicated server...

Hi,

This is my third month with these people ... yes there was some issue with there support service but there servers and seedbox working excellently.. and i really loved it will recommend to all... they have the cheapest server in hosting world..in my opinion...

Am more than satisfied !

Hello !

I'm with 100tbh for 3 months now, and I must say that until now have never seen a good provider as 100tbh.

Speed : Good and agreed
Performance : Good and agreed
Support : Could not be better, first class, even if they are not always available is no problem, they also have their own life.
once,my server was down two days and the admin have my account for four days credited :)

fact:

Am satisfied and got my server for three months lengthened ..

Terrible Support Abysmal Service

I Ordered my seedbox from 100tbh aka seedboxone on 12-15 it took 2 days for them to even setup my account for me to use late at night on 12-17, The following 2 days the 18th and the 19th I would get nothing in the utorrent webui except loading for ever and sometimes timeouts, Then finally it worked on the 20th only to find intermittent connections and terrible speeds, It is by far the absolute worst service I have ever experience and Will never ever think of them again, So I contacted support as most hosting services give 30day money back guarantees, BUT no the response was that they only refund in the first 24 hours, even though the server was not setup yet. There subsequent responses and every correspondence from them was nothing but rude and demeaning. I will never use them again and I strongly suggest neither does anyone else.

Don't buy from 100TBh

First of all I was impressed about the good prices and the "1Gbit dedicated bandwidth" on the VDS servers. Admin sayed they have 10gbps bandwidth on each node, that's why they can give 1gbps on VDS. I planed to use their VDS for streaming. So I ordered and payed a server. They activated it after 5 days with windows (i ordered centos). They reinstalled it in 3 days. Whatever, after more than a week i had finally access to my VDS. Bandwidth was excellent. Server worked very good. I ordered about 10 servers. After a lot of payment problems with their gateway like "payment marked as fraud and things like this" i had my servers activated. Of course activation in 3-4-5 days after payment. 1 month later, I payed invoices for next month, and their network started to work slowly. The "dedicated 1gbps port" actually works now with 60mbps real upload speed. Of course admin showed me 600mbps download speeds (I can't do nothing with download bw on a server LOL). I also had some problems with servers like downtime etc. Every problem was solved in not less than 4-5 days. No response on tickets or skype or... So today I asked them to refund for all servers and I will move elsewere, because:
1. no support
2. bandwidth not as described in their offer
3. no instant activation like described in their offer
Their response was simple:

I am afraid we can't offer a refund, but you can let them end at the end of the month.

Now i have there more than 400 euros wasted on non usable servers. I don't recommend 100TBh to anybody!

NOTE: As discussed with <Name Removed>(100tbh admin), physical machines has 10Gbit, not 1Gbit. I'm not the unique who heared this from <Name Removed> (search on google other reviews too). About DDoS attacks, <Name Removed> sayed one client of mine (im reseller) used ONE server to perform DDoS attack. Like the "contract" says, he should disable the DDoS origin server, not entire account with all 16 servers! Anyway, he didn't warn me about this and he didn't refund for all other "clean" servers. Now my clients ask me for refund and I'm asking <Name Removed> to refund, with no chance. Anyway, I already talked to my lawyer and I will sue <Name Removed>.

As discussed, the servers are 1GBiT shared. You used our servers to perform a DDOS attack this is against TOS, your contract with 100TBh LTD was terminated.

Great Speeds!

I have a SeedBox and Semi S off them and speeds are great, support can be slow to respond, but I have not had to wait longer then 12 hours.

Don't buy things from them

I bought a seedbox yesterday, and when i got the infomation about login, i could access ftp and http. But not WebUI
I created a ticket and after least 10 hours waiting the responded. And then i opened op the WebUI and guess what i found? Torrents allready added on the WebUI. And when I should logon to the FTP the bastard have changed my passwords even on my http access. I don't recommend this bullshit
