It was easy enough to fill out the forms and get everything filed but the site crashed multiple times and at crucial junctions. So ease of use gets 4.5 stars but I’d give the UX 3

In times where the ultrarich get ziggarich, citizens are getting squeezed from all sides by all sides. Charging $230 to file these returns BY OTHER PROVIDERS and being able to do it WITH YOU at a reasonable fee helps greatly.
