3/4 of my order was literal doo doo quality.
I purchased 4g of rosin, Strawguava, Orange Cream, Permanent Marker and Cap Junky.
2 of 4 had no discernable smell or taste and a third cap junky was underwhelming at best. The strawguava was excellent so I know it's not just my high expectations, they literally just sent mostly garbage.
Even worse when I reached out to their support they tried to blame my personal preferences over the nonexistent quality control.

(Update) "Customer service called" and made things right.
Good indoor THCA and has been a source of D8 and such for a long time. Very inexpensive 28g distillate with good quality. My only complaint is I got no receipt (ONLY this one time) and tracking didn’t work and I was sure they scammed me. But I Just got the package
Oh. And: best prices I’ve seen for d8. And an O of 29% Gelato, $155 (flower ‘THCA’).

Crystal clear no oxidation at all.
I made some amazing cartridges with it actually.
Their shipping options are a tad misleading but the products are decent quality, and for 10$ its a steal. Was a little wary to order at first but the selection of terps was more than enough to have me come back to try the others

The quality of the products is good. Not crazy good, not bad, definitely inexpensive.
I emailed the company via the email listed on their website before my first order. Didn't think much of it when I never received a response and ordered anyway.
Two orders later, I tried to reach them again via their email, and I also used the “reply” feature on a message I got from them.
I did not receive a response.
A little irritated, I tried one last time through their website contact form.
This time I received a response. It wasn't corresponding with my question, though. I mentioned that I had contacted the company several times.
Instead of troubleshooting (I assume they overlooked that an inactive email is still listed on their site), the person got ... well, not argumentative, but also not helpful. I didn't care to search and prove when I had mailed...
What I do in my businesses is apologize and address the issue.
After 2 or 3 emails forth and back, I realized that this isn't going anywhere. I still had not received a response to the question I contacted them about.
In retrospective, it's another token of bad process: They sent a coupon that didn't work. It appeared the coupon validity didn't correspond with when they were trying to make it active. Their website promoted the coupon, but it said it was expired (or whatever the term was.)
That's when I decided not to order there again. In case of a problem, I know what I'd be dealing with.
The communication is a little strange, and not corporate. I'm not referring to wording, but broken process. Maybe I joined at the wrong time, but my subscription box was cancelled after one order with an inaccurate statement (that PayPal wouldn't support the recurring charges).
From "strain pins" and other fan items, my conclusion is: I came to buy a product like any other product-purchased from someone who's more passionate about the product than the business.
Fast shipping. Great distillate. great price.will continue ordering their products. The monthly oregon showcase seems dope af. May have to invest
