Amazing customer service, swiftly answered questions and were super helpful in resolving issues with books that came damaged - sending me replacement copies for free.

We ordered ten hymnals. Some of them had been damaged while being shipped. Without hesitation or delay the company answered us right away, let us know they send replacements and kept us updated on the process.

At short notice we needed a large number of copies of a book. There weren't enough in stock, but they air freighted more from America and got them to us ahead of the deadline. Also someone from the company phoned me nearly every day to keep me updated! 10 out of 10 for 10 of those

This is a great bookshop run by committed Christians. The stock is great and the prices are also very reasonable. On top of this the customer service is great too. They are a go to for my Christian literature.

Ordered gifts for a friend, during Royal Mail strikes. Received an email from 10ofthose checking if items had been received. After waiting a couple of weeks, it was felt items were lost and prompt redelivery using DPD tracked was arranged. Emails were answered quickly and courteously. Previous orders also received in good time & condition.

Very good service, over the years I have had about 20 orders from them, and all arrived quickly and efficiently. I once had a query about one item and they answered the phone immediately and dealt with it very quickly, politely and efficiently. Fantastic stock of carefully chosen books, often ones they publish themselves. Look out for some of their special offers and deals, some of them give you huge reductions.

I have been using these guys for several years and 99% of the time it has been excellent. Prices are excellent and delivery and customer service is excellent also.

However, on two occasions I have bought resources only to be informed ^after^ the purchase that they are not in stock. It’s very difficult to pre-plan courses and book groups at the Church I work at simply because what I thought was in stock and would be in my possession by a certain date is, in reality, unavailable.

If they could manage stock better and communicate this, it would be very helpful.
