Best health decision of my life

I started this journey October of 2025. I am 49 years old and 2 months from turning 50. I was always tired, overwhelmed and desperately trying to find anything to help me with energy and to lose weight. I took the Precision genetic test, blood test and the methylation test. Within a few days I started to feel so good it was like I was intoxicated but without impairment. I was clear, all day energy until my head hit the pillow and then I was out like a light. After a month taking the supplements and peptides I ordered a weight bench and a set of dumbbells and started working out. Also started a meal plan. In total I have lost 44 lbs. since starting this journey with 10x health I have lost 34 lbs. I still have some full pain from injuries and such but I feel 99.9% better than what I did before. I took these tests because I had 3 friends from high school pass away suddenly. I had to do something because I have 10 kids ranging from 23 all the way down to 5 months old. The tests are not cheap by any means but I recommend everyone to take them. I will be slowly doing this with all the members in my family. Best decision I have ever made doing this.

Love how I got confirmation about my…

Love how I got confirmation about my ideal diet from the DNA tests I did. (I recommend the comprehensive one that gives a list of 1000 food items with ratings on health and weight impact.)

Plus, the suggested supplements have helped improve my sleep quality.

No need to take the test, save the 600.00 and just order the methylated vitamins.

I paid almost 600.00 for the methylation test, only to be told I needed to simply take your vitamins. Nothing else. I was really disappointed. After receiving my results I was told for an additional 500.00 I could speak with someone to help me further. I trusted Gary to help me. I have been taking the vitamins for over 4 months now and do not feel any different. The process was sold to be a different experience when simply the company could have just sold vitamins.

My 10X joirney

I started my 10X journey last year. My children pitched in and bought me the genetic test for my 70th birthday present. And what a wonderful present indeed.
I have never been alone on my journey, I have had superior support from Marco and Dr. Nadia. My tests patiently explained to me by Dr.Nadia. She takes her time to make sure that I truly understand what the results of all my tests mean. Marco has been so available to me for all my questions about all the supplements I am happily taking. He also takes his time to explain what the process is and that it’s not instant, which I truly appreciate.
I always knew that pharmaceuticals were not the way I wanted to continue into my retirement years and all the potentially endless doctor visits. I appreciate knowing that I am working toward my best health and I have a great team of people to hold my hand through this journey. 10x gives everyone the tools for better health.

I recieved product in a timely fashion. I had to cancel one product and I sent an email to them and they canceled it immediately. I find them to be very honest with great customer service.
