I started my 10X journey last year. My children pitched in and bought me the genetic test for my 70th birthday present. And what a wonderful present indeed.
I have never been alone on my journey, I have had superior support from Marco and Dr. Nadia. My tests patiently explained to me by Dr.Nadia. She takes her time to make sure that I truly understand what the results of all my tests mean. Marco has been so available to me for all my questions about all the supplements I am happily taking. He also takes his time to explain what the process is and that it’s not instant, which I truly appreciate.
I always knew that pharmaceuticals were not the way I wanted to continue into my retirement years and all the potentially endless doctor visits. I appreciate knowing that I am working toward my best health and I have a great team of people to hold my hand through this journey. 10x gives everyone the tools for better health.

I recieved product in a timely fashion. I had to cancel one product and I sent an email to them and they canceled it immediately. I find them to be very honest with great customer service.

I have been ordering from this company for two years with no problems. I ordered the Calm supplement on April 12, 2026. When it arrived, it had an expiration date of 4/26. I called Customer Service and told them I only had two weeks to use this product before it expired. To me that was unacceptable. They agreed and sent me another bottle. The second bottle arrived with the same expiration date of 4/26. I called Customer Service again and requested a refund. They assured me that they would send another bottle with a different expiration date. I relented and accepted their offer. The third bottle arrived on 5/5/26 and it also had the same expiration date as the previous two. I currently have three bottles with a 4/26 expiration date. Unbelievable! I will never order from this company again. Beware!!

I always get what I ordered but I never know what is coming from who. I’ll get four different things and receive shipping info but it never says what it is or where it’s coming from. It would be nice to have a customer dashboard to view orders and track packages.

My wife had her initial call and our goal was to determine what was causing all her bad migraines that typical doctors cannot figure out. They promised they could figure it out so we went ahead and did the $600 test.
The result of the test was she is perfectly healthy. They then proceeded to try to sell her more supplements to 'make her healthy'. How do you make a perfectly healthy person 'healthy' with more supplements? It was a full court press on sales with nothing that would help with migraines as they initially indicated they would address.
Super disappointed with the bait and switch.
