New UltraClear laser treatment
I had the new UltraClear laser treatment at the clinic and from the appointment booking to the aftercare I was really well looked after. The whole team were friendly, professional and informative, customising my treatment for my lifestyle and desired outcome - the treatment itself was relatively comfortable and just 4 days in and my skin has almost completely healed. I’m super happy with the results and would definitely recommend the 111 clinic!

The Glow-Up My Skin Needed!
I had the UltraClear laser at 111 Harley Street and my experience was fantastic from start to finish. The clinic is in a beautiful location, and the whole team made me feel instantly comfortable, informed, and well looked after.
We began with a consultation and a high-tech skin analysis, which was really helpful to understand what was happening at different layers of my skin and what we should be targeting. Based on my goals of improving skin texture, fine lines, clogged pores, and overall skin quality, UltraClear was recommended as the best option.
After applying numbing cream and allowing time for it to fully set, we moved on to the treatment. The procedure itself was very quick, under 30 minutes, and Sofia was absolutely lovely. She made me feel calm and at ease throughout. The pain level was completely manageable, around a 3 out of 10 overall and maybe a 5 out of 10 in more sensitive areas.
My skin already feels tighter, and I am excited to see the results over the next few days and weeks. I was given clear aftercare guidance and felt very supported throughout the entire experience. I would highly recommend 111 Harley Street to anyone looking for a high-quality, non-surgical treatment to give their skin that extra boost.

We require a £50 holding deposit to secure a non-surgical consultation. As with any reputable medical clinic, a consultation is necessary to determine if we can proceed with treatment, and if so, which treatment options would be best suited. The £50 can be used against the cost of treatment should you proceed, or is refundable if you do not for any reason. From our records, we can see that a consultation was fully carried out.
Unfortunately, in some cases, at the consultation, it can be determined that we are unable to proceed with treatment for a variety of reasons. As per the terms stated on our website, and on the phone when speaking with our Patient Advisors, you are entitled to a refund of the holding deposit.
We have not received a complaint from you, however we did ask our Patient Advisors to reach out to you directly to arrange for your holding deposit to be refunded, as per our policy. Should you wish to discuss further, please feel free to reach out to us on 0344 692 1111 or info@111harleystreet.com.
