Great price/Excellent discount and quick shipping.

I had been shopping for the Keurig K-2550and was having trouble finding the package that I wanted. When I saw the 11th Street website their offer met and exceeded my needs for a good price. I placed the order and promptly received a confirmation. Before shipping, Kelly called my number to make sure I was a real person which gave me a sense that 11th Street was not only looking out for themselves but for me as well by verifying the transaction. The K-2550 arrived two days before my published delivery date which was nice. We are really enjoying the features and the finished cup from our new K-2550!

I buy from you a few times per year. The selection is always very wide, which I like. Sometimes, if you do not have a particular item, you do not include a note (out of stock, discontinued, etc.). For this purchase, the delivery was faster than usual, which I appreciated.

The coffee flavors I like are always available here. The prices are great and delivery is fast.

11th Street Coffee always does it right but I have observed recently that your compsny offers discounts that just never coincide with my coffee ordering habits. A coupon that accompanies your order cannot be used because my orders are small, usually 6 boxes, and that coffee lasts me some time. I think that in the time I have been a customer I have only been able to take advantage of your coupon one time.
