Very quick and very tidy
James and his young lad were very professional would highly recommend to other people

We had the unfortune that the gas valve emissions of our Worcester boiler were diagnosed too high and the boiler had to be replaced: The question of a valve repair was answered by two renowned Edinburgh companies as possible but as non-economical. Their boiler replacement quotes were vastly different and expensive.
Another Google search came up with 123 Gas (Gas Safe certified). `
Jakub answered at 4:15 pm on a Friday and promised to have a look that evening. He arrived at 8:20 pm (!! ) and managed to reset and adjust the valve by fine-tuning it by 9:15. Incredible!!
We can only praise him, his work attitude and his professionalism, unfortunately, elsewhere hardly to be found any longer - it seems.

We were so impressed by Matt (Channing) from FixMyBoiler. Our gas was turned off after a leak leaving us with no hot water, heating or oven, so we were pretty desperate and really grateful that Matt got us sorted out quickly despite already being fully booked. We felt our requirement was quite complicated because internal gas pipes needed to be replaced under a fitted sink unit but Matt worked out a solution which meant we didn't have to dismantle our kitchen and left no mess at all, we were very grateful! We would definitely recommend using Matt.

Recently had a boiler supplied and installed by this company, they did a great job and despite the install engineer having a few problems with removing our 17 year old boiler he overcome all the obstacles and completed on time.
Cant recommend them enough and I don’t often write reviews so it has to be worthy for me to bother!

Very happy to have gone with 123 Heat We had a few quotes from other company’s but we chose 123 Heat because they were local, also offered a competitive price and gave us the Honeywell Home thermostat. Our boiler was fitted in two days from the time we contacted 123 Heat. James Bryan and colleague was very professional and completed the installation in good time also very tidy! We now have a beautiful boiler fitted in the original cupboard and now have a very warm house…Thank you 123Heat and all your friendly staffs.

Fantastic service from this company. James, our engineer, was great. He worked all day and into the evening to finish replacing our boiler. He explained how to use the boiler and associated app on the phone really well too. He left no mess at all and all of the remnants of the old boiler went with him. I can't recommend them enough.

The company is very serious with their business, I was very happy with the way they treat customers and their customer service is second to none because of the way their engineer in name of James Bryan was very impressive and professional throughout and after, I recommend them to my contacts that needed their services. James completed work for replacement boiler, first class, very professional and hard working , polite and helpful explaining how everything works including the new Tado app to two pensioners which was no easy task

Recently replaced my old boiler as it was on its last legs. Both guys were arrived early enough to carry & got on with the work, Installed my new boiler with little disruption. Even with though the Hive was defective they set up the boiler manually & came back another day with a new Hive & this time was able to set up the Hive.
Also there was a leak on one the radiators & this was also rectified.
Am enjoying my new radiator. Thanks guys!
