If I could give zero stars

If I could give zero stars, I would.

REG123 have managed to delete all of my webmail folders following a security incident, leaving me without critical business emails. What makes this worse is their complete lack of urgency in dealing with the issue. Support has been unresponsive, slow, and unwilling to provide a clear solution or timeline for restoring my data.

This is a business-critical failure and yet they are treating it as a minor inconvenience. Losing customer data and then dragging their feet on a fix is simply unacceptable.

Do not touch this company with a bargepole.

Long term customer disgusted with massive price increases

I have been with 123 reg for hosting and domain names for many years with reasonable price increases over the years. Shockingly My hosting price for one year has just increased from £55 plus vat to £132 plus VAT which is a massive increase and the domain name renewal has also tripled! For a very small business these price increases with no prior notification are absolutely disgusting with no regard for small businesses trying the survive th see difficult times. I will be transferring to a new provider from next renewal. 123 reg you need to start reading your customers reviews as you have some very unhappy customers who won’t be sticking with you anymore. Disgusting that these firms think they can just charge what they want and no one will mind !

Masive Price Increases

I was paying £42+Vat for two years web hosting. They have now moved me over to hosting that is £172+Vat. Please beware and look around as they will rip you off. Migrating all my services over to a new host.
