Package hasn't arrived in 38 days
This is the worst experience that I've ever had ordering something online.
I ordered a vinyl on March 17th, it started shipping on March 18th, the last update I got was on March 19th as it had moved to another state. It has been 38 days with no updates, radio silence, it is still in the US. They are refusing to give me a refund or to even contact UPS and give me information about my package, they refuse to admit any wrong-doing in the situation although I'm literally being defrauded. How long is my package going to stay in the US and it not be their fault?

Poor Customer Service.. would avoid
I ordered from the uk so shipping was quite expensive but it was quite a sort after record so I went ahead and ordered 2, both records turned up with a rip in the cardboard sleeve behind the shrink, you would have thought there would have been some sort of quality control at some point through there chain of the business, but that would explain the no contact from them, iv tried contacting customer services twice and had no response at all, what a let down, I would have at least expected to have been offered a replacement
