123cartridge offers reasonably priced toner cartridges and a user-friendly site. While one delivery arrived late, they promptly refunded the £5 next-day charge as promised. The company resolved issues quickly and efficiently when contacted. Despite minor hiccups, their fast deliveries and helpful customer service make them worth recommending. Will be using them again!

Ordered toner cartridges. Arrived 5 days late after paying for next day delivery. We will see if the £5 gets refunded as promised. To be fair the £5 next day delivery charge was refunded.

The contact telephone number appears never to be answered

No delivery, No phone support, No response to emails, Had an email that the order had been dispatched but no tracking information, looks like a charge back is going to be necessary.Had to go elsewhere and would advise others to do the same.

Fast, cheap and works.

Ordered and paid for a cartridge but it did not arrive. Sent 3 emails to the company without a response. Rang the helpline numerous times - no-one picked up. Pretty shambolic. Do not order from this company

Made an order fully paid for a toner on 25th November 2019. Until today I have not received the toner until today.
Telephoned them tens of times on their provided telephone number but they never answer that telephone.
Emailed them and they replayed informing me that I need to check my order on line, which tells me that I would receive my item in 2-5 days.

I will never Use their services again.

AVOID - Paid £5 for next day delivery - nothing has turned up, no message of shipment or anything - can't get hold of anyone, phone just rings and goes to voicemail - Also charging VAT and can't find a VAT number - needs reporting to HMRC.

Poor quality toner has damaged our printer.

I managed to get through once and was asked to email, however I have phoned every day since and the phone is never answered. No reply to emails.

Do Not Touch this company with a barge pole. They take your money and do not fulfill your order. Nobody answers phone. I will be contacting trading standards to look into this rip off company.
I placed order on the 4/11/19 and I am still waiting, although I was told it would be delivered the next day.
