Poor level of service and misleading website

I ordered and paid for a printer from them online, supposed to be sent out the same day if ordered before 6.15pm I placed the order at 2.26pm within 10 minutes I had a phone call saying I should order their own brand toner as printers only come with a starter pack, so I ordered the toner and paid over the phone, this was 2.40pm. I was told I would get an email with a tracking number later that day. No mention of anything else. The next day I checked my account to see if the items were sent. It was showing I owed money for the toner even though I paid over the phone. This was a Friday, I tried to call 3.01pm, no answer office closed. They close early on a Friday at 3.00pm. Great, its bank holiday weekend, now I must wait until Tuesday. So I sent them an email to explain I paid and they must update their records and send the printer. On Tuesday I checked my account, it showed paid but not sent. On Wednesday I checked again, still not sent so I called, was told they were moving warehouses and it will be sent in a couple of days. Then it was one excuse after another. I never got the printer. I cancelled it when they admitted it wasn't in stock. I should have been informed on the day I ordered that there would be a delay instead they just wanted to push their own brand toner and take the money. Be careful when dealing with these people, taking money for something you know is unavailable and making customer think it will be sent out the same day is unacceptable! I will never use them again! I am trying to start a small business with limited funds and this caused me a real headache. I had to wait for the full refund before being able to purchase a printer from a more reputable retailer!

Beware....

Beware..... If the item you are after is not in their Dub warehouse, and has to come from the EU warehouse. I waited almost 4 weeks to receive my order, still not here as of this review. Their CS will reply to mails, IF theres anyone there, as i was told the agent i dealt with was the only one on. be prepared for canned copy paste replies to mails, and apologies one after the other.
Right now they fail to fulfil eu derived orders in a timely manner. if you have other options, then use them and avoid this lot.

Had an issue with a damaged ink…

Had an issue with a damaged ink cartridge, but the customer service was amazing from start to finish. They sent out a replacement quickly and were so easy to deal with throughout the whole process. They even included a pack of jellies, which was such a thoughtful little touch and really appreciated!

It’s rare to come across customer service this good these days — thank you again for making everything so hassle-free. Highly recommend!

WARNING

WARNING!
Overall I was satisfied with their service, but would like to warn when buying refilled by them printer inks. I have printer HP Envy 6032e. Normal black ink is HP 305. They suggested to buy their made ink cheaper than original. Couple of months later when I replaced to that ink, printer din't recognize that ink at all and error come up. I had to buy original HP 305 ink and reset printer to get it work again.

I am still waiting for my order to be…

I am still waiting for my order to be processed, despite placing it five business days ago. There was no notice on the website about any delays due to a warehouse move at the time of ordering.
It would be good business practice to clearly inform customers of such delays in advance, so they can make an informed decision before purchasing. I would also expect existing customer orders to take priority over general stock handling, especially when delays are known.

Problem with 123ink labels for a Dymo labelwriter 550.…

I did a search for Dymo labelwriter550 labels. 123ink came top and offered origional Dymo product and an 123ink product for approx half price. I decided to go with the 123ink product and ordered 3 units. The order was delivered very quickly. On loading the labels my printer would not work . Following calls to the Dymo helpline I discovered that the 123ink labels would not work on my printer.Dymo advised that I purchase from Amazon. A call to 123ink suggested that I had not seen the warning on their site and offered a credit note for the unopened product. I sent a screenshot of their website order page which has no warning and offers their product as a suitable alternative. After many emails I have decided to take the hit and never buy from 123ink again.

Experienced excellent back-up

I had an issue with a damaged ink cartridge and was quite upset about it, as it was a new XL cartridge and when I went back to the Lady in 123ink cartridge 604XL, I found her (Jesica) to be extremely helpful and she stayed with me until I received my replacement. I have to say, it's many a long year since I received this level of support and efficiency. I will have no problem staying as a Loyal customer of 123ink.ie well into the future. KH

Reassuring service and informative.

While the website is very informative on printer product range, I was able to ring the office and obtain further information without any issue which was very reassuring and made making an online order more reassuring. Great service and delivered by courier as promised.

Amazing Service, best prices, lovely people.

The website might look a bit old but it has everything as you need it.
Easy to find products, either by brand or part number.
Pricing is probably the best I've seen for Genuine Brands and their generic oem pricing is a good as anyone elses.
What you don't get from Viking / Amazon / HP, a phone call.
To check that you are buying the right product, or that there is less expensive version available that you may have missed - priceless, and why I won't be shopping anywhere else for this style of product anywhere else.
