Really really top service, communication and delivery times. Most of companies should take this as an example, they clearly show how it has to be done.

Timely delivery

I accidentally ordered wrong item, immediately ordered the correct items as it was urgent. Requested to return items where they initially said they don't have to accept returns, proceeded to ask for photos of the box, I had opened one box which was still fully sealed inside, no one could tell if it was opened in any way and they still refused to accept that as a return item, they then wanted an additional fee for return. Will not use them again. Customer service is a choice.

I ordered 2 Electrolux vacuum cleaner bags and they arrived without a problem, already on the next day. Lightning fast!

The price was much better than in the local department stores in town for the same item.

The one thing that was a bit unwelcome though, is getting a call from their office after my order to try to convince me to buy their cheaper own brand version of the item instead of what I chose. They were not excessively pushy in the call, but still, not everyone may appreciate it.

I purchased a printer from 123ink.se. The price was great. It was shipped the same day and delivered the day after. Great experience, recommended!

The item was delivered within 2 days. I received an authentic HP cartridge costing much less than anywhere else. I was a little sceptical because I thought it might be a cheaper quality replacement, but it was the real deal. Very impressed overall and highly recommend!
