Poor service to loyal customers
I have spent several thousand dollar buying toner cartridges over the years from this website. Overall, the products and service have been good until I was sent my latest 2 toner cartridges. One of these worked and the other did not. I thought that it would be easy to get an exchange but when I notified them of the problem, they insisted on several output pages from my printer that I was not able to provide because the cartridge did not work so it was a catch-22 situation. Ultimately they told me that they could not do anything for me. They would not exchange a $40 cartridge despite the fact that I had given them thousands of dollars of business in the past. My advice is that most of the time things will work out with this company but if things go wrong, don't expect any remediation.

Goods never delivered, emails not answered, telephone number just rings out. Out of pocket and out of patience. After posting this review I did get a response from the supplier through the phone number. It seems that they had a pricing issue which would cost me more than the original order. I have cancelled this order.
One of the worst after sales
Bought a pressure cooker with them end of Dec 2023. Received in Jan 2024, the item stopped working in Mar 2024. Sent a repair request through their website and sent the video to the email they provided. NO response for a month. In between I kept sending email to follow up each week.
Sent another inquiry from their website late Apr 2024. The claimed that they didn't receive the email & video I sent and asked me to send to another email.
Forwarded the previous email to the new email they provided. NO RESPONSE AGAIN!
They don't stand behind their products
They don't stand behind their products, years ago their stuff was great but the quality is terrible now. My ink cartridges leak, drums don't work. Go to a local company and support them, you won't get good service here.

I use this company for my ink and recently I had a small issue but this company through Shannon solved the issue immediately.I was blown away by the service and commitment to me as a customer.Shannon was so helpful ,I would recommend this company to anyone,very professional and care for their customers .Laurence Harvey
Would not by moustache toner again
Not a problem with the company, very quick and efficient shipping. I as happy with toner at first but about half way through the magenta started leaking everywhere and the black says it’s still half full and is faded. Hoping they didn’t wreck

I had great success with the moustache…
I had great success with the moustache ink cartridges with my Canon 7500 printer, but with the Canon 5300 the prints lack clarity and focus. The Canon cartridges the printer came with produced excellent photos.
I will stick with the Canon products for this printer

Shipped right away but Cartridge was faulty in some way and wouldn't work. Back and forth on emails for all of June, kept on saying that someone would be in touch.
Took off on Vacation just into July, came back and reached out again. Response, oh it is over a month, can't return it, too bad so sad...and you could see the email change that had started on June 5th so it was only over a month because of their devilish tactics of deflection and ignoring.
Called and wanted to talk to a manager, refused saying they could have a manger call me (BS, no way in a call center they are working unsupervised as I have worked in Multiple call centers...there is ALWAYS a manager who should handle this level of escalation).
Told them either a manager or the next call was to my Credit card company...they said it would do me no good.
Well guess what, the CC company made good in 2 days and said it wasn't the first time they had seen this done. 123ink emailed me about 2 weeks after this and said they had decided to refund me...no you didn't, the CC company took the money back.
Avoid this company (and all it's other forms Shopper+, Primecables.ca and living.ca) at all costs. they are beyond useless and devious in all forms.
STAY AWAY
This company (123Ink, Shoppers+ and the two other sub companies) is run by a bare-bones staff that mostly only speak French and broken English. Their customer service is garbage and half the time won't even pick up the phone if you call their support number. It is also not a 24hr company as stated on their website, if you call after 5pm EST they will answer the phone but won’t be able to do anything until 9am the next day.
I ordered a printer and some ink for the printer from them which, when it came was defective right out of the box so I was issued Canada Post return shipping labels which it turns out were both the same label. I called them again and was issued the correct set of labels. Shipped the product back to them and waited a week which is how long they told me it would take to get a refund. What I received no refund I called them and they told me they just received the products back the day before I called, when I know from Canada Post tracking they had received both products a week before that. I was then told it would be another week and that “I’m not saying you’re wrong but we did just receive them…” I told them that they created the labels and that you can track them on the Canada Post website if they’d like to verify my claim of when they’d been delivered. She said it didn’t matter and I would receive my refund in another week “but probably sooner”.
Later that afternoon I magically received a refund but only for the printer, not for the ink that I had bought for the printer. When I called them at 4:55pm EST and spoke with a Samantha, she first claimed that they had only received the printer so we again went over the Canada Post tracking and she then confirmed that she could track that both the printer and the ink had been delivered to them, but that their warehouse only received the printer, not the ink. She couldn’t do anything about this because “the warehouse only works 9-5” and said that I should call back the next day. Called back the next day (this is the 5th call at this point) and was told the exact same thing as Samantha had said and that they would be in touch later in the day or the next week because they see that they’ve received the returned package but couldn’t find it so she suggested that she would talk to her manager to push the refund without finding the package because the tracking shows they had it. I was told they would call me the next day but didn’t receive a call. Having not heard back from them a week later I called again (6th call) and was told quite curtly that “there’s more than just your package being returned, the warehouse is at a different location, the manager is at another location and we (customer service) are at another completely separate location so it is impossible for me to check if you package has arrived.” This is now over two weeks after they have received the returned package and again I was told the same song and dance, that I couldn’t speak to a manager, that the tracking showed the package to be returned and yet the warehouse can’t find it and they’ll get back to me. At this point it’s not even about the money, it’s the principle of being treated like crap by a crap company.
I penned an email 2 days later when I didn’t receive my promised call from them and laid out the previous 6 phone calls and said that if I didn’t hear back from the that day I was going to lodge a complaint with the BBB and voila my refund for the ink magically appeared an hour later with an apology. Honestly, it shouldn’t take threatening a business that you’re going to contact the BBB to get them to pay attention to you. I would stay away from them at all costs.

I ordered replacement cartridges for my personal Samsung printer.
I got an immediate email conformation and this was followed by a shipping confirmation within an hour.
They were delivered by UPS the next day as they have distribution centres in a number of Canadian cities.
I have instructed by various offices in Canada to now order from them.
Problem with cartridges and refund
I purchased 3 ink cartridges for my HP printer. Cartridges didn't work. They recommended I clean the tips which I did. No success. I requested to return all 3 cartridges as they said and was refunded for only 2 of the cartridges. Just a frustrating experience.
Use with Caution
I bought a cable for my electronics from 123ink cartridges and when I received it -it did not work - no signal through the cable.
I contacted them and sent it back asking for a refund.
All went smoothly until I received a notification of a restocking fee - so approximately $7.00 was deducted from my refund.
Very displeased.
By chance I have been having business …
By chance I have been having business and work relationship with 123inkcartridges together for many years, their products are great in term of quality, the shipping speed is extremely fast and reliable.
One of the key perspective why I work with them is the low cost, their cost is perhaps the cheapest you can found at this quality, of course you can always get the cheaper one but that usually coming with horrible quality, anyways I am very happy with their Moustache brand toner!
Good customer service
This is my 3rd time ordering from them, for some reason I will have to change my address to my office, I tried their customer service line, and it went great, I am very happy about their services !
Junk quality, zero customer service
My first order with 123inkcartridges for toner cartridges was very satisfactory, Moustache brand. For my second order they sent me an unbranded product that lasted just a few weeks rather than than the several months that is normal with my printer. I am retired and there is very little variance in the amount of printing that I do throughout the year, so there is no question that the problem was with the cartridges (not just one, but two of them).
I e-mailed 123inkcartridges on March 4, 2016 with details of the problem and received a standard reply the same day. I replied immediately asking for a specific response to my concern. This e-mail was ignored. After returning from vacation, on April 7th I sent another e-mail saying that I was still patiently awaiting a reply to my March 4th e-mail and would not be placing another order until the issue was resolved. This e-mail was also ignored.
I telephoned April 12th to try and resolve the letter and was basically stone-walled. Firstly I was told that they have changed their system and therefore had no record of my e-mails. Think about that for a second. Then I was asked to explain the matter all over again, but continually interrupted and challenged. I asked to speak with a manager, but was told that nobody was available. I said that I would forward all the e-mails and asked that a manager would read these and call me back. Of course I never did hear from them again.
Don’t be sucked in by the cheap prices as I was. It will cost you much more in time and frustration trying to deal with these people. I just wish I had read the reviews before dealing with them.
Excellant Service and Products
I have purchased ink cartridges from 123InkCartridges since 2007, originally for an old HP office printer, then a smaller HP printer, and since 2012 a Brother MFC-J835DW (with disc printing capabilities) which I purchased from 123. I have never had a single problem with the printer, ink cartridges, 2 Logitech USB mice, many various HDMI and video cables, connectors, Philips DVD-Rs, and accessories. Shipping has always been very quick (the Brother printer was delivered in 2 days by courier) the other items normally arrive in about 3 to 4 days and are delivered right to the door because 123InkCartridges specifies "Do Not Safe Drop" on all their shipping labels. According to Canada Post regulations, this means the item must not be left in a community mailbox or similar "mail drop" and must be hand delivered to the addressee's door, (I was informed of this by the local Canada Post office for this area). The ONLY time there has been a problem in 8 years was when Canada Post left an ink order in the community mail box in sub-zero weather. I reported it to 123 and within 5 days I had a complete package of replacement cartridges (this time delivered to my door). They didn't even wait for the damaged ink cartridges to be returned, but instead took my word for it and sent the replacements. They provided a return mailing label for the damaged cartridges which I then returned the day the new ones were delivered. All-in-all I am very pleased with the products I've purchased and with their service.
TONER CARTRIDGE LEAKED EVERYWHERE! - HORRIBLE
Purchased a re-manufactured toner cartridge, an entire set of colours and black as well for my HP Laserjet Pro 200.
It was my first and also my LAST time purchasing from this company.
At first I noticed the black colour was smudging and duplicating on the same page when I printed in large bold letters, then over a few weeks time, the colour cartridge started spilling powder all over the inside of the printer.
It was a mess to clean up and definately not worth the cost.
Customer service claims they checked it all before shipping, and blames it on shipping for the damage to the cartridges has made.
First of all, they are packaged with tons of bubble wrap, shipping box was perfectly fine when it arrived, so it could NOT have been shipping.
Problem is with the re-manufactured cartridges itself, they have not been made well at all.
Definately never purchasing from the company again, waste of my time and money, forget saving a bit of money, I'd rather purchase the all new OEM cartridges from a local store.
Purchased it a couple days after the leakage incident and the printer is working fine now, so it's not a printer problem either.

I have purchased many office supplies, toner for my printers and even video surveillance cam,eras and everything has arrived as promised and in good working order. They give you a tracking number from Canada Post. I have nothing negative to say about 123inkcartidges! Keep up the great work!!!!
