Terrible ! 10 day trial which we canceled with in days. They Still Charged us and you cant get Customer Service on the phone. Don't waste your time.

Won't let you cancel!
They will not allow a customer to cancel a sub, and don't answer the phone when you call. It's almost 2023 that's absolutely insane, if I am able to set up my account myself online I HAVE to be able to close my account online! They have stolen hundreds from me by auto-charging and not allowing me to cancel.

Platform is very user friendly
Platform is very user friendly with plenty of loads available in my region. They have videos available to assist in your searches and the customer service is great! I called I with one question about insurance and Aaliyah gave me a complete walk through of the platform along with tips and tricks for getting great loads!
