These companies is terrible They charge me $79 while I was trying their free trial I called them many time for refund because I cant find load that fit my truck. My truck is too small Each time I call they tell me they will send refund requests But never I get my refund, why I am paying for something I couldn't even use this don't make any sense. I am surprised of so many good reviews these people received

Be very careful, they ask for your card for a reason even for the free trial period. I asked for an extension of the free trial period and was granted. After the trial period I never logged back in, and I NEVER booked a load from 123 loadboard. However I was billed twice of the $79.00 plan without my knowledge I called asked for a refund of what was billed to my card and was denied!! I would not recommend not even the free trial period!!!!

THEY ARE A SCAM STAY AWAY ! Loads don’t get booked . I tried their 9 day FREE plan . Card still got charged and they would not refund me . Said only a credit for the month !! They just a FRAUD!!!

Good experience with this app it was easy to get access and great customer support!!

Chantel is the greatest. Just when I was about to throw the towel in because I didn’t know how to navigate the app she took her time and properly explained the system to me. Thanks Chantel let’s get this money.😂

This is one of the worst loadboard ever . Go if you want a good load board go to dat . This load board does not benefit you at all

Im a new user to this load and it is one of the best load boards. It has exceptional features that are very useful. A major plus to be able upload documents directly from board. Agent Chantel was amazing with navigating me through board. Would definitely recommend using 123 load board.

Emailed the company to cancel my subscription cause the app didn't work for me. They responded and then still continued to charge my card 2 weeks later. When I emailed them to give me my money back they refused and said that it was my fault and they didn't have to cause they never violated our agreement!?

They charged me over 60$ and then told me to go screw myself stay far away from these scam artists! Do not give them your payment information!

123 is a good Load Board. What makes it great is the customer service. Their attention to carriers and truly understanding their needs is exceptional. I would definitely recommend giving it a try.

To make a Long story short, I signed up with several different companies looking for short term (or short notice) transportation jobs. Something that I believe is called "hot shots" in this industry. Having just a small amount of experience; )I deliver newspapers, pizza, and I drive "off and on" for a local cab company,) I thought I knew enough about the general lingo or jargon to get what I was looking for. Long story short; I still don't know everything but I am far much more aware of what I don't know now compared to what I thought I knew then! I dealt with an individual by the name of "Adelina Proveja", (and I hope I spelled the name correctly!), and she could have not been more perfect in her position. She went above and beyond with an incredible amount of patience, trying to explain to a potential driver, (myself), the INS and OUTS and the intricacies of the business that she worked for. Ultimately, even though I could not at this time offer her anything as far as usefulness or employability, and despite the fact that we spoke for almost half an hour on the phone, she very patiently, generously, and thoughtfully answered ALL my questions! In this day and age we've come to expect a lot from people who work in the "service" industry, and, the individual I spoke to, went above and beyond! She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly patient! If I had to make a very general comparison, I would combine her knowledge with that of a teacher, and her patience with that of a nun! Her official title, in the capacity of which she works at her job, is, "Customer Success Manager"... and that title could not be any more perfect for her! If she stays with her company just a few more years, I am positive we will see it among the top Fortune 500 companies of the world!

Don't waste your time and money with this company!

I opened a free trial account with them, and on the same day, I requested the cancelation, as they didn't have ANY load 150 miles from my city.

I sent an email requesting the cancelation, and they replied offering one month free, which I never asked for and I don't want to; I REQUESTED THE CANCELATION!

10 days latter I sent another email checking if my request has been done, with no reply.

After 2 months, they were still charging me, and after 2 phone calls, they still insisted that it was my fault I didn't find the unsubscribe link hiding in the middle of the email.

Be far from this company, besides the minimum and terrible loads posted on their loadboard, they are trying to make any money they can holding memberships after the "free" trial.

Chantel was very helpful, and my service has been very good. Now it’s time to retire. Thanks.
