wrong tires delivered after 1 month of waiting

I ordered winter tyres on 24th October, they have not been delivered it is now 6th November, no response to my emails and waited on the telephone for 1.5 hours today to speak to somebody only to be cut off. Tried to call back but was then 20th in line.

I work in client relations, this is the worst possible
service.

123Peues have replied below asking for my order number, giving me no new email address. I have already email their customer service with my order number several times.

great selection and delivery - all recieved on time and as expected. keen price too.

The delivered tires were manufactured 2 and a half years earlier (purchase in May 2024, tires from December 2021).
Customer service does not respond after the report.

Order 4 tyres - Partial delivery of only 2 without informing it. No communication on where is the other part of the order. No possibility to call and late answer by form email. I don’t recommand - if u have an issue you are lost.

I bought 4 season tires and I want to change by winter tires 🙃 I tried to contact you so many times but by email and online also you didn't reply my email you didn't want to ask my questions so 🙃 I'm not happy

Still no contact despite being cheated by this company. They sold me 3 year old tyres as new. They then wrote an apology asking for the order number. It’s on the review. I have received no emails or any attempt to remedy this.

Look at the photo made in the 19th week of 2019 and sold in December 2023.

Delivery hours are incorrect or even non existent

Client service never answers neither calls nor emails (it's been over one month)

Tyres were NEVER delivered (on two different orders) but don't worry they'll cash you in and never refund you or tell you where your tyres went

Their website says your order number does not exist

They send you some apologetic email but will never actually help you whatsoever

SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY - THEY SOLD ME 4 YEAR OLD TYRES AS NEW. NO RESPONSE TO MY COMPLAINT.

get your products elsewere!! it will save you the hassle

I orders tiers and they said they were delivered at the garage but my garage said they didn't get any.It takes thousands hours to connect their customer service centre and when I reched the cs they said my tiers were delivered.who is lying??So after that,they found out that my tiers are missing in somewhere...I don't even know where they are now.I am still trying to reach their customer service again and I don't know how to figure it out.I order on 30/11,still have gotten my tiers.I will never use this shop again

I ordered 4 all-season tyres on the 27th of November. I was due to receive them at the latest on the 6th of December and we are now a week later and I still haven't received anything or heard from anyone.
I've tried calling multiple times but they never picked up the phone, I also tried by email but I have not received any answer so far... Don't know what to do, I had to cancel the garage appointment to get the tyres mounted and I don't even know if I will be able to go to the mountains next week because of it.
Extremely disappointed, what looked like a genuine website now feels more like a scam!

UPDATE: Increasing this review rating as I have eventually received all tyres the following 2 days of this review (2 on the Thursday, 2 on Friday, I'm not sure why they were delivered with different deliveries).
They arrived a week later than expected which could have been find if I was told something about it by the 12pneus.ch teams, instead of being left in the unknown and unable to contact them.

Original comment on 09/12/2023: I ordered tires, did not receive them. Sent email through their website and got not response. This site is a scam.

UPDATE on 13.12.2023
I finally received my tires. However, the experience was not good. No respons from their official means of communication. The delivery number from the delivery company was not the correct one, so I could not track it.

The tires are not delivered on time. New date is communicated, but also not respected, nor news given. The day after I call and was told to be called. No one calls back. Not serious nor reliable service. I will not buy anything again from them and do not recommend them to anyone.

Cannot be trusted.

I ordered 4 tires on rims and 2 arrived mounted on the wrong side (inside on the outside). I was lucky to notice that too otherwise it could have been very dangerous. I had to pay someone to reverse them. Afterward, I tried to contact customer service but they make it basically impossible to reach them.

However on the positive side the shipment was sent quickly and was cheap.

This is a scam website. Don't purchase from them. I have placed an order, paid by cc and I didn't hear anything from them. I wrote multiple emails and tried their phone number. Nothing.
