I ordered tyres from 123pneus to be installed at Garage Mistral
I ordered tyres from 123pneus to be delivered to their partner for installation. Check the installer carefully and was stated they could mount tyres ip to 24 inch. NOT TRUE. They would not want to install over 20 inch.
Phone call to 123pneus, who promised to advise of another suitable place. NO ACTION forthcoming. And other installers refuse. SO BE VERY CAREFUL that their partners really can install.
Worst is that now there is no response from the 123 phone line and no resolution.
Done via PayPal so all will be reversed
USELESS and a waste of time!
UPDATE!
Despite promises about contacting garage, I have still not heard a thing! No action whatsoever, No feed back despite having my email and phone number. Customer service is not a priority it seems
2nd UPDATE.
This has now been settled with a satisfactory outcome.
Garage was not capable of mounting tyres on my rims with their equipment. Alternative solution found. Increased the rating from 1 star to 3 stars
