I bought a rug and I returned it because it doesn't meet my expectations. This return takes already a good month. The carrier from them, every time don't come at all. I tried like 5-6 times make a time for them to pick it up and nobody ever showed up. I was very angry and I said yesterday to Kimberly (support) that I demand my refund. I was willing to give their product back so many times, but it isn't my fault that their carrier can't make their job well enough. The same day as I sent an email, afternoon, suddenly guy appeard at my door saying he's from the TransMission (The carrier) to pick up my rug. I was surprised, cause it wasn't planned at all. He wasn't in work hours, because he was wearing private clothes and he drove to me with his own private car. He said he will come next day in the morning - as we agreed - to take the label and he will come with his tablet for me to put the signature. He didn't said have a good day at the end, sorry for delay or whatsover to make this company look good after those outrageous situation. He looked like he didn't wanted to come. Today is the day he suppose to come and still he didn't showed up. I've contacted support yet today, I've mentioned the yesterday's situation and since yesterday's email - NONE response from support 123 vloerkleed. They all are just one big scam. I am pretty sure that I've lost all my money + rug given to him for free. 123 vloerkleed suppose to be forced to close and charged for fraud. I was in contact with them for a bit more than a month to return this damn rug. They also charge for shipping €25 and due to "delay" of return from TransMission, I demanded refund of shipping costs as well and Kimberly asked for my bank account to send back, but I don't think they would even do that. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. They will just take your money. They don't care about customers. Still none response from customer service. If they won't refund my money for it all - I'm gonna contact my lawyer. I won't let it slide. Mark my words.

UPDATE:
I've received money back now, but they didn't send the rest, half money back for shipping. Just fck them. I still wouldn't recommend to buy anything from them.

I have ordered a carpet and unfortunately it was too big for us. The quality is good and the colours are nice but I needed to return it.
It so crazy that the return costs 25€?!?!!! When you order they charge like 7€ for ship and for return the price is outrageous. I would not order again from here.

Found perfect match curtains which was possible to choose colors, wide dimensions and between rings or hooks. They have wider size (3m) curtains that's perfect for big windows.

I received a broken item. I sent them pictures of the item. It cannot even be built as the screw holds fall out. Very dangerous for a shelf unit that is supposed to support heavy weight.

When contacting customer service, I have been e-mailing with them for months and still no solution. They offered me a 20e voucher for a unit that cost 140e!! What am I supposed to do with that?

Every time I contact them a new person picks up the e-mail chain and I need to start from scratch.

It seems like they dont believe me that I have a broken unit and are refusing to reimburse me for the whole amount. The shelf unit sits in a box and I cannot use it at all. It's been a very frustrating experience.

Avoid at all cost!

In comparison, I recently ordered from IKEA, they sent the wrong item and within 2 hours they had organized transport for the correct item. It can be that easy when you focus on your customers.

I bought 2 coffee tables, one of them has a short leg and the other the top surface is terrible quality, after one week of use, the color is vanishing (it seems like a painting on wood)

I ordered plants two times and they are so fresh and nice looking! Very happy with my purchase. The only down side is your can not track your package, they just show up on your door without any notice.
