I have had problems with all service providers for my home broadband previously, BT, Sky, EE, Virgin, and many more.
90% of the issues come down to the contention (how busy they are) and what they do with intercepting the traffic (throttling, monitoring, etc.).
I have had a line with 1310 that I get 75mbps, and it's considerably better than a line I had with Virgin that was double the speed! Things stream much faster and there's no slowdowns at popular times!

The installation was great...BUT
The installation was great. All was fine until there were issues. Then the company asks you to jump through hoops to prove that the connectivity you are getting is wrong. When asked if there would be any compensation for not meeting the contract requirements for an extended time - I was basically ignored. They have still not answered since my mail over a week ago - and still not getting full connectivity.

Save your time and throw £150 out the window.
Ordered a 300mb service under advice that we'd get at least 200mb. At the date of installation the engineer mocked 1310 for even ordering the product - we were too far from the cabinet, so couldn't have the service.
It took 7 days, 14 phone calls and 14 promises of "we'll call you back" until I cancelled the service, still not got the call back or a refund for the setup fee.
Edit: after 11 days I got the full refund.

13:10 are a trustworthy company
13:10 are a trustworthy company, who deliver on their promise. Our rural WiFi was woeful. Nothing was too difficult with their customer service. Engineer arrived as planned and set everything up. Took me through the system and who to contact for support. Cleaned up after himself. The speed is great, fast down loads etc. I highly recommend this company.

My building never had the facility for a fiber broadband despite several requests/follow ups to some of the top players in the space. I had to live with ADSL connection(max speed of 2Mbps) for several years which eventually became unusable during Work from home conditions. Fortunately 1310 just arrived on time and i must say i am very pleased to have a connection from them. Both download and upload speeds are spot on , no fluctuations,downtime or latency. Gaming is a bliss and downloads are blazing fast! Installation was flawless and right on time. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend

From the off 1310 has been, by far, the best ISP I have ever dealt with. My property has gone from 9mb/s to 300mb/s!
What I really want to get across is that the service and reliability is what makes 1310 stand out. Having already cancelled my Sky broadband and falling ill with covid the same day of the 1310 install, the company still came and installed the fibre on the outside and ran a cable in as a temporary fix so we could have internat for the 2 weeks of isolation. I think we would have gone insane without it! They didn't have to do this for us but they did. A couple of weeks later they came to install it inside the home. They don't do things by half and the installation is clean and hidden, they take pride in their work.
I had my Internet drop out for an hour and instead of calling customer services and waiting on hold for 30 mins to arrange an engineer visit (as you would with the big ISPs), I made one call direct to a person (no holding) and they came out and fixed it there and then. From the call to it being fixed was less than 1 hour. Try getting that service elsewhere.
As for Internet speed, the router included is top spec and allows for multiple video calls, downloads and 4K content streaming simultaneously. Its a world apart from my old service and the small additional cost is definitely worth it. I plan to stay with 1310 for as long as they provide their reliable service and second to none customer services. Thank you.

Absolutely ecstatic with the service. Brilliant speeds and friendly engineers.
We reached out to 1310 with the hope of upgrading our connectivity to fibre based products. They worked closely with us to plan out the options across all of our UK venues and we ended up with three options which made the decision process so smooth.
We are now in the process of installing these new lines and the experience has been fantastic. A mixture of dedicated ethernet where possible, and FTTC or FTTP at locations that can get it.
So far the process has been amazingly easy and the team at 1310 are super helpful and knowledgeable.
We picked them as our new supplier because they understand our requirements best, and were selling a solution, not just a product.

I've been using 1310 for my business for 12 months - 10/10 Highly recommend.
I've been using 1310 for my business critical gigabit fibre connection for a year, and it hasn't missed a beat. The installation was well explained and allowed me to plan in advance for it's arrival. Connectivity is more important today than it's ever been, and I've had such a good experience I've started to get 1310 gigabit fibre installed in many of my office locations around the UK.
If you are looking for a company who know exactly what they are doing, and have true control over every aspect of the connection, they are the people to speak to.
