what happened with the service?
the quality of the customer service became worse, i payed for subs. a week ago and the subs. should be activated 2 days ago. nothing has happened yet, the customer service said only "soon" and "cannot provide you with the term". i'm very disappointed, can't recommend these guys after that.

I’ve been using the service since 2022 and have no complaints. Sometimes it takes a little longer to provide access to Spotify because there are some issues on their end but when that happens the support team explains that this is the reason for the delay. And if something happens and you get kicked out of your account they make everything possible to ensure you get the access back or they provide you with a free month of usage (like when Spotify decided i’ve had enough listening when i had 15 more days of premium left).
And even yesterday when i had a lot of questions the support team explained everything and helped me get a subscription for me and my brother despite the intricacies.
