The product has great flavour and it make you drink water during your flight to make sure you are hydrated.
I felt great and not bloated or with bad digestive system,that is how I feel after a long flight.

I took the packs for a 3 day work trip from London to Seattle and they really made a difference with how I was able to cope with the time difference/jet lag.
Having done shortly before a 4 day return to Chicago, I felt substantially better and less jet lagged on a trip 2 time zones further and one day shorter.
Could not recommend 15th degree sachets enough, especially if you need to be performing from when you touch down!
