I wouldn't give them one star even! Terrible customer service. Ordered product Oct 9th 2025 and it still has not arrived. Customer service keeps telling me it's stuck in Los Angeles in customs, it apparently has been there for weeks. Since Oct 21st. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Based in China, need I say more? Despicable people, running a bogus operation.
We bought a European size 38 women's shoe, paid for it, and paid no import fees. We received a size 36... We complained and followed all the steps and costs for returning it via CTT. The package was held at Chinese customs, and "16cf" informed us that we had to bear the cost!
The company states, "If, for our reasons, the products received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer will not be required to pay the shipping fee for this reason."
That's not really the procedure! It's impossible to get the company to correct their error! We absolutely do not recommend them.
