I ordered six t-shirts on 11/28/22 and despite numerous e- mails and promises that the order will soon be on the way, coupled with they are moving their warehouse and production issues etc.,my order has not been fulfilled. I suggest that customers start resolution with the credit card companies asap, report their issue with the BBB and file a police report/ state attorney’s office. Tell everyone and tell their story to everyone wearing a 1776 United logo. I’m sure some local media could do a story on exploiting patriotism. I’d watch!

Ordered 3 t-shirts at the end of December, never received them, never given a ship date. They said they were backlogged due to the holidays, but this was on my order confirmation, "Our turnaround time right now is around 15+ days for apparel items." Then the excuse was, "we moved our facility." As to date, t-shirts have not been shipped after SEVERAL emails and asking twice to reimburse my CC. Yesterday, I opened a dispute with my CC company, contacted the Better Business Bureau and opened up a complaint with GA States Attorney office. This company needs to be looked into, as this appears to be a scam.

Wife placed an order in December 2022 for a tee shirt and it still hasn’t arrived. Based off the other reviews from this company it appears they may be a scam under the guise of patriotism.

I really wanted to support this apparently patriotic and veteran owned company.

I ordered 12/29/22 and 4 months of begging and requesting (and a BBB complaint that they did not respond to) I finally received ONE shirt. There were supposed to be three hats and they gave me a gift card for the missing items, but only after multiple emails and threats.

They also charged me the full 12.95 shipping fee that was calculated for my full order - 13 bucks to ship one shirt.

Terrible experience and the first time I’ve ever gone out of my way to leave a negative review for a small business.

I used to love this company until 2022 came around. I ordered a handful of shirts in November 2022; fast forward to April 15, 2023 and I still don't have them, even after multiple promises they'd be "shipped in two weeks." I had to get PayPal involved since this "company" won't make anything right. I ordered a decal and got a hook and loop patch.

Ordered early January 2023 and still waiting (currently April 2nd). Had this same issue on a previous order placed in October/November. The first order of shirts that I got... the shirts are nice and I like them. The issue is the customer service. There is none. You ask a million times and a million different ways of "when should I anticipate my order being shipped" and you always get a vague non-response response. Sad man. If it was not for the first order that I received (albeit months after purchase), I would actually think this company is a scam. It's been long enough on this order though that I am starting to wonder though.

Ordered shirts from their website which stated they are 60/40. I also confirmed prior to ordering and they still sent random shirts with no offer to make it right.

They take $$ but don't ship orders. It's a scam, bros.

Nearly 4 months and my order still hasn’t shipped. Not even worth my time to explain why they are only getting 1 star. I think waiting 4 months is explanation enough. At this point, I’m not sure 1776 United hasn’t turned into a scam. Pretty sad considering their shirts make up 2/3 of the T-shirts in my closet. Smh.

Cool designs but will take a century to get your order. Ordered Black Friday 2022 and it’s March 2023 and still haven’t received my order.
My husband has been buying from this company for 6 years but since then the quality has gone downhill. He’s bought me shirts that start to unravel at the hem after the first wash. I like the designs but the quality is poor and after this most recent purchase taking forever, we will have to take our business elsewhere.
Customer service sucks. Keep getting the runaround. Don’t fall for their sales and new products, they can’t even fulfill old orders. Bad business practices all around

I ordered on 12/3/22 and still have not received anything, I’ve emailed several times and they either dont respond or apologize and say it will be shipped soon. At this point will probably dispute with my bank. Wish I would’ve read these reviews before ordering - their site should be shut down

I think its been almost 3 months. They ran a 50 percent off promotion which was a mistake if they can't deliver. Concerned I'll never get my shirts or my money back...don't buy unless you want to wait 3+ months and get the runaround on your order status.

It's been nearly three months since I ordered a t-shirt. This company does not respond to emails or phone calls. I finally had to file a fraud claim with the bank to get my money back. It's a scam!

I ordered in December and was told my order would take about 6 weeks…. Here we are in February and no shirts. Worse thing is since January they’ve told me… “will be shipping mid to late next week” still nothing. I’ve asked for a refund 3 times and no response! Don’t buy!!!!

Writing reviews is one of the most valuable things a small company can receive, so I want to be sure this is as valuable as possible to the company, but more importantly to other customers. Here is why I give this company 3 stars (and trust me I was HOPING it could have been 5):
1. I ordered 4 trucker hats + 1 t-shirt on 11/15/22 and in a separate transaction ordered 2 hoodie sweatshirts on 11/17/22. My #1 complaint is that I did not receive my products until 12/27 and 12/30.
While I understood it was going to take about 2 weeks, this was excessive and people do not want to wait this long. But more importantly, there was never proactive communication about the delay. A simple 'hey, we know this is taking longer than expected but we have not forgotten about you' would have been nice. I finally reached out to customer service after 3.5 weeks and I will give the kudos for at least promptly replying with 'sort of' the above statement. Currently, still waiting for 1 hat that did not make it into the shipment (im wondering if that DID get forgotten about). Regardless, this is likely the MAIN reason why I won't order from them again, which sucks because the product is really good....leading me to 2 & 3.
2. The hoodies are amazingly soft and comfortable. I recommend washing 1-2 times before wearing so the inside lint comes off, otherwise your under shirt will be loaded with it!
3. The trucker hats were also very good quality and comfortable. If you purchase a hat with a 'patch' it does make that area a bit more stiff but nothing too uncomfortable.

All in all, if the company could speed up production time & communication more proactively with their customers they would be amazing! I know its tough times all around but as a small business this should be important to them.

Good luck getting your order! Company keeps having sales but cannot get the orders out they already have. They have no problem charging your card for the order well before they even come close to shipping your order!

The not-so-positive:
My wife ordered a shirt from 1776 United for me for Christmas. The order was placed in mid-November and it arrived on December 30th. Obviously a little late and it took a while. However, I'm sure they don't plan to take 6 weeks to fulfill orders and they have some work to do to stream line their processes. I'm sure after reading some of the reviews, they are working to correct the delays in fulfillment.

The positive:
Their shirts are inspirational and patriotic and I absolutely love the shirt I received. The most impressive part of my experience is that they included a copy of the Unites States Constitution in the packaging. This is the best thing I've seen from any of the patriotic retail establishments. Many people wear the patriotic clothing and don't really know where it came from or exactly what it means. Every American should read the Constitution (especially our politicians, mainly our President).
Excellent addition 1776 United. I'll buy from you again because of this attempt to educate your fellow Americans.
I have confidence that you will rectify the fulfillment issues and because of this I will recommend you to my family and friends.

This company is an a absolute total scam or joke. I ended up canceling my order after close to 3 months of waiting (two effin t-shirts). Ya get generic emails when and only when you ask about the status of your order, ya get a list of made up excuses. And the emails usually end with we’re going to get your shirts out by tonight or tomorrow.. three weeks go by nothing, ya email them again and ya get some sort of smoke blown up your Chill ring. Please take all these negative reviews serious and spend your money somewhere else. Becasue these people are terrrrrrrrrrible at the clothes industry lol that continue to advertise new products constantly and always are having big sales on diffeent things. Yet there’s hundreds and hundreds of negative reviews across the internet saying the exacttttttttt same story of waiting multiple months to get a t shirt or Two. So wouldn’t ya think maybeeee if it was taking you 2,3,4 months to get a t shirt to a customer… maybe stop advertising all new shirt designs week after week. Lol we can’t make the old styles we offer within months and months soooo let’s advertise all new designs time and time again. Ludicrous !!! END OF RANT. do not I repeat dooooo nottttttt waste your time. Spend your hard earned money somewhere that actually value there customers

I ordered BEFORE Thanksgiving and was assured I would recieve my order by Christmas. You get the same answer every time you email customer service. They say their TAT is up to 10 days, but were way backed up being so close to Christmas. That's their fault, not mine. I personally wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Oh, I also finally got a shipping notification that has been "pending" for a few days now..

Turns out they have 0 things in stock and print them as they are ordered. Not smart during the holidays. Only time will tell if I get my order before Christmas. Ordered 11-27. Company said they were working on printing orders from the 1st week of November. That tells me it will be a while before they get to orders at the end of the month. I will shop elsewhere next time.
