I have purchased several light fixtures from Capitol lighting. I have been very happy with all of them.

My rep was very kind and easy to work with. He went above and beyond to make my experience quick and seamless.

Great quality and superior customer service. I ordered a gorgeous crystal pendant light in early July. Originally, it looked like the delivery wouldn't be until the end of August but it arrived at the end of July. On installation, I noticed one of the crystals had a chip and contacted customer support. Austin Rangel had the replacement crystal ordered and sent to me within days and it was all done in less than a week. Incredible customer service!!

I have been shopping in person and online for fixtures for a new house. 1800lighting.com has a great product selection, and definitely the best pricing. I was able to get very fast response and service from Ray Machado.

Lowest price I found (lower than Amazon & Walmart) for a By unter 'Fandelier'. Lampshade was damaged in transit and Capitol Lighting immediate resolved the issue and sent a replacement within 2 days of being notified by me. I would buy with confidence from them again.

Service was excellent! I ordered a pair of side-by-side kitchen ceiling pendant fixtures with beaded glass domes. They arrived in great condition. However, one dome was very lightly seeded, and the other dome was properly and heavily seeded with a mismatch obvious to the casual observer. With my first request, Capitol staff spoke with the vendor and had a replacement sent to us in a couple of days with no hassle or added cost on our part. Our new lighting in our kitchen looks wonderful and gives it a whole new look.

I quickly found the fixture I wanted and there was an option for a discount (open box). Well, that didn't work out (damage to the fixture) but customer service went well beyond what I expected and worked a wonderful discount on the same fixture - new in box. I am very please I get the fixture I had my heart set on and the whole process was extremely easy. Thanks.

Kristi in Customer Service was courteous , friendly and helpful. Despite my call being on a Saturday. It took a while but she provided the information that I was looking for. Not to happy with the manufacturer. This order was place in May and promised to be delivered by the end of May. It was pushed back to July 1, 2025 and now to August 18th. Minka-Lavery should do better!

I needed to order a fairly large order for landscape lighting (pathway, hardscape, a transformer and a post light with post) and a porch ceiling fan. I called Capitol Lighting and spoke with Ray Machado. He was quite helpful and gave me a great discount!

I was ordering fixtures for a large project, and Wendy at Capitol Lighting was fantastic! She reviewed my order to make sure that I was getting the best price, that the fixtures would fit properly in each space, and to make sure I had all the down rods and hardware necessary for installation. I received 4 pendant lights for my new home. When the electricians opened 1 of the boxes the globe was broken. Customer service was informed and they asked me to send pictures of the broken globe, I did on Friday but still have not responded back to me. I hope I get the globe replaced, I bought several lighting products and so far only 1 damage of glass, pretty remarkable since it all comes from China.

Since I have not yet heard from them on a replacement I ordered another light so I have a spare globe if I break one in a few years from now cleaning it and its discontinued......i bought 4 of these pendants for $889 dollars....I dont want to have to replace 4 lights because I cant get one replacement globe.

I am hoping I hear from Capitol lighting that a replacement globe for my Empire Chromian Pendant light is on the way soon.

As a Designer you can be faced with challenges and successes and having a company rep this great at his job has made my experience beyond 5 stars. Thank you!

Ordered my lights from Gladys, and she was AMAZING. She was reachable at all hours of the day - even on the weekends. She was patient and answered all of my questions.

Ray was awesome. He is extremely friendly, helpful, and was quick to find the products I wanted and get a quote and discount applied to my order. It was truly a pleasure to work with him and I look forward to purchasing more from this amazing company! Which is truly reflected by the caliber of the people who work with it.
