Very fast responses from the customer service. I wasn’t sure if this was a legit site but it turned out to be better than most retailers we have in the states. I got an email within 15 minutes to confirm an adapter was in stock for my 360 camera. And the order went through flawlessly. First time buying from an African tech company and it did not disappoint. Anytime I have a rare piece of tech I will be using this site for sure.

When I first saw 180by2 I scrolled passed thinking it was going to be a weird Chinese import shop, but after seeing their trustpilot reviews I realized that it's a reference to their 360 gear they sell. I then bought something on a Sunday and got it the next Monday. Very happy with the service! They were quick to respond on WhatsApp and answer my questions too. Buyer from the UK here. I was looking for a now discontinued HTC VIVE Facial Tracker everywhere since they were always low volume and sold out very quickly once they stopped production. But I contacted these guys and they were very helpful in tracking one down, their last unit in fact!
