You guys always do a great job! We have several addresses and I received shipping notice on Friday. I responded quickly to let you know to use our Michigan address. I called to leave a message and responded by email, but it was too late. The order was on the way. I got an email today that you will have the order redirected to Michigan. Thank you for taking care of this. Maybe you can remind us further in advance of an order. We have four addresses!

I have been a customer of 180 Medical for the last 5 or so years for ostomy supplies. They contact me for confirmation on my order each month and then contact me when it is shipped and delivery is in the next couple of days. I have called them on occasion and the people are always courteous and knowledgeable. Payment is easy on the phone.
