Very Satisfied Customer

I shop here because the customer service is excellent. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and make you feel like your business is appreciated and valued. They have an excellent variety and selection available. I’ve never had any issues getting what I want in the strength I want. They also have a loyalty program which I think is great. I’ve been to many vape stores and I rate this number 1. I highly recommend this vape shop.

My last purchases were online and and…

My last purchases were online and and in store at the new Sheppard location. Great experience with both. My only complaint is the lack of ejuice sales for holidays etc. Most companies, online and brick and mortar have sales for holidays.

Very good customer service I felt very relaxed at the Danforth location when I was a first timer at buying a vape and juice they showed me whats the best starter and allowed to sample the juices to see what I enjoyed I recommend this location and company to anyone

I will be completely honest

I will be completely honest, they helped me make returns after the 30day warranty was up, so there customer service is good in my opinion. There juice selection and house brand isn’t big enough. The house brand needs work. Other than that good place to shop and some good deals as well. Check em out and see for yourself and give your own opinion. Keep up the good work 180, check into the juice thing though!

I went to the location on Yonge and bloor

I went to the location on Yonge and almost bloor to buy some coils, my first time there so I was checking out the eliquids and stuff and the guy at the cash was very rude, I asked for the coils and he just made sarcastic comments of everything like if he was doing me a favor.
and he didn't offer the loyalty card so I had to ask for it and he gave it to me but very forced attitude. Won't coming back again for sure, lots of vape stores in Toronto to go instead of the ones that treat you bad.
