I have been visiting this store on…

I have been visiting this store on Brampton for almost 2 years and I must say that the staff is helpful,knowledgeable. Special thanks to Adam who I not only has good customer service skills but is a good human. My personal experience with Adam is beyond the customer service satisfaction as last year I had a issue with my mod and he was trying to help me with the info on the manufacturer, in the meantime he loaned me his own miod till the issue got resolved. Hats off to you Adam.

Always a great experience!

I've always had a great experience going into the store. Whatever I needed help with, the guys there would always recommend the best product(s) based on my preference, budget, and what I'm looking to get out of it. I've been to the Flemingdon Park store, and the guys there are always a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend these guys, and I would also recommend buying the Valyrian tank (it's amazing)!

Friendly knowledgeable people

Friendly knowledgeable people. The stores are clean and bright. The staff always able to help you make the switch from cigarettes to vape with expert advice. The prices are very competitive and they have a rewards program which makes it even better.

Staff is fantastic

Staff is fantastic, friendly and honest. And they remember you!!! Couldn’t ask for more. The products are good quality. But I would like less cream and overly sweet flavoured eliquid selections. Maybe a cranberry, pomegranate...etc... I prefer tart and sweet hence please never ever ever discontinue the Blueberry. PLEASE!!!

BCC location - I find they're juice's to be cheaper quality with high quality prices. Also didn't have much to select from in the 'baked goods/breakfast ' flavours.
