Ordering the clubs was very easy except for the fact that you couldn't use PayPal to pay even though the option was there. Everytime I pressed PayPal it wouldnt process saying 'please enter collection date' even though I had. But when I clicked pay by visa, it went through straight away.
However, I'm not actually using the clubs until October. Ask me for a further review then, once I have experienced the delivery and pick up process.

Great communication via WhatsApp when we arrived which meant we got our clubs earlier than expected which allowed us a quick trip to the range to try them out. Clubs and bag were all good quality and fairly new. Return was equally efficient with a prompt and friendly pick up service. Would definitely recommend 18Store and I will certainly use them again.

Very helpful and flexible on delivery and collection from different locations. I also needed to extend by a couple of days and very helpful with that. Clubs not the best but good value, all in all a good and responsive service, and saved a lot of hassle.

We have used 18 store many times and they are very reliable and efficient even though our villa address is not easy to find!

Great so far, a bit early to request a review as we haven’t received the service until delivered in September but the buying process excellent and communication as well to dat.

Solid service. Clubs were super easy to rent and were dropped off at my house on time and picked up on time. Everything was Cleaning and exactly how I wanted. Will definitely use it again.

Best value, easy to use and good choice of products

Brilliant clubs (new taylormade Qi irons, woods and hybrids) and great value compared to others I checked. They dropped the clubs to the hotel earlier than scheduled and waited for me (issue with transfers) and picked them up later than planned as I was still on the course. Neither was an issue. Would highly recommend.

Booked and paid for golfsets to play in Budens. Booking confirmed by the owner and sets would be delivered at our holiday destination on Friday and we be picked up on Monday morning. After our booking we asked if the clubs could get picked up in the afternoon instead of the morning. After that the booking got cancelled but we have never received a refund. Never book here.
