I was advised by the West Midlands Fire Service to contact 1974Rapport for training on face fit tester training. From initial contact onwards there was always clear communication, with timely responses.
On the day of the training, which was during restrictions due to Covid-19, there was every effort to maintain safety of involved, with excellent communication regarding safety requirements and use of appropriate PPE.
The trainer was extremely knowledgeable, and tailored the training to the environment concerned. Whilst continuing to deliver information regarding relevant legislation.
Handouts were good quality and suitable for use in future.
Timing of the sessions were well thought out, to ensure full attention from attendees.
I would recommend this organisation to anyone.

Excellent service, Nathan is knowledgeable, prompt and professional. I have used 1974rapport for quantitative fit testing with a Portacount machine and for training to perform qualitative fit tests and my experience has led to this 5 star review.

Very impressive service.
I had the quantitative mask fit test and Nathan fitted me in to his busy schedule as I needed the test in a hurry. He explained everything which kept me interested. The test was very thorough and at every stage great lengths were taken to ensure my safety from Covid 19 through careful cross infection control measures. I would very happily recommend Nathan and I shall be using his services in future.

As a fellow consultant and trainer I often find myself being critical of delivery and courses, not in a negative way but it often feels like a bit of a busman's holiday.

This absolutely was not the case with 1974 Rapport and Nathan. Great instructor and highly knowledgeable. Made the course enjoyable, informative and confidence building.
