I made a purchase contract 314254484 , my domain is still not registered!!! This is not good business practice, leaving my domain unregistered and open for anyone else to take it. I bought it for a reason, now ?? I'm waiting still .... Not happy

This company has just tried setting up 4 payments via my bank, all different reference numbers !! I’ve never heard of the company before and have never used them, I’ve used the same web company for years.
Thankfully my bank was on the ball and stopped these payments but what a scumbag thing to try to do.

Avoid at all cost!!

Company only gives a days notice for renewal of hosting plan at increased price every year. A day is not enough time to move files out and they count on this. To retrieve files after expiration not only do you pay the increased price but also a reactivation fee. How is this not considered corporate extortion?

As a first time user, this was easy peasy, very straight forward. Thanks for a relaxing experience.

Cheap as chips.

Great value for service delivered. Very stable website platform with no need for constant updates.

Simple. Search for desired domain name. Quickly showed availability & price details. Selected desired name. Proceeded to shopping cart. No trickery, no increase in price. Registration process, payment process seamless.
So far so good. Will add-on features at later date. Will test online support at later date. I am not tech savvy...let's see what they can do for me.

Quite dishonest, I picked 5 domain where it said $1 year first and $15 after. but when I got to check out they charged me $41 for what supposed to be $5. I bought it anyways but it is a dishonest act to screw you for some more money and I hate that. Mehdi

I have used them for years and had great reliability and performance. their staff have been very helpful when I have trouble.

IONOS was highly recommended, and so far things are going well, only problem is the Canada / USA differences (as in tax number etc)

The website navigation could be improved - there is no secure way to return to the previous page such as a back tab. There was no way to edit or modify the shopping cart without starting over. In the Canadian site there's a domain offer to select 3 additional domains when in fact it is two additional domains, the preselected ones at the promotional rate. This is not evident unless you spend time trying to figure this out.

I could not loggin. contacted help 20 minutes got disconnected than recalled them on line for 40 minutes clicks over and its an empty call not hung up no chatting 20 minutes of silence . For this trial free crap it ain't worth it and i do want that order canceled my id 758386903 refund and wipe me from this service
