Storage room 2nd floor
Rooms were as expected to be. Although there are gaps which your hands can fit through to the next room! This is a little concerning as we had a weight bar appear in our room falling through from next door. Opening times are very lapse we waited 40 minutes from the opening time on one occasion and during our departure we arrived over 90 minutes after the advertised opening time to find we had to call someone to open up? parking nearby is a little difficult at times as they leave a lwb van there and another business leave stacks of pallets which limits access.The only other negative is having to call to indicate presence on site. Sometimes it takes a while for an answer. Most of the time on departure i did not get a response so just hung up. Not able to swap to a smaller room as none available when we booked it seemed that only bigger rooms were available.
Apart from the above negatives all else was fine. Need to improve the times and the entry exit system! Overall if i had to i would consider using again
