The entire set up was very easy, 1Office supported in all steps, customer friendly!

Good, quick professionell work

Working with two countries, and for 1office team its very complicated to exchange information, we as customer need to do a lot of work instead of 1office. Team is not so friendly, instead of suggestions they are approching more like tax authority or police :)

While I tremendously appreciate the innovation and all services the company provides for its clientele, there's still the old world mentality with the employees producing the service every day. If I ask a question from the support staff, they can only reply whether they have it already as a pre-packaged product or service, or they do not.
As entrepreneurs, directors and managers have to tackle with challenges and problems on a constant, almost everyday basis, we turn to others to seek advice and help for the task at hand.
Personally, I teach my employees not to bring me only problems to solve. If they do, I want them to present me also suitable solutions how to proceed in order to overcome the problem the most efficient (and legal) way.

The service is good, but a little too expensive.

1office helped me a lot in various cases (from creation to liquidation). I do appreciate their flexibility, fast answers and honesty. A very important thing - they do not push responsibility back to clients where they cannot help, but they give good advice on where to go in these cases. My special thanks to Filipp, who was and is online with me in my endeavours.

I always get friendly and quick response from the team whom I contacted so far. @1office. Good experience. In some areas such as consultancy there is a bit improvement is needed.

Everything with the sales process went well and smoothly. He was able to help us also with non sales related issue which I really apprceciated.

Quick, high-quality, reasonably priced services. I've been using their accounting and legal consulting services since 2016 and never had any issues yet, even for the most difficult tasks and circumstances.

These are the qualities I thought that was their main ones until the day I made the mistake off submitting a very late request for a legal annual report submission; I was really concern not meeting the deadline and facing a fine, so I naturally opened the 1office’s webpage to submit an enquiry asking them to speed up the process if they could; at that precise moment I saw I little green icon “chat with us “I thought probably a chat bot!!! Email sent I decided to give it a chance; then the unpredictable happened; in 30 mins I had the opportunity to speak to nearly all the team; from the sale agent to the manager…even the accountant itself!!! My issue has been solved by the end of the same day!
All of that is to acknowledge that their most precious quality was their instant availability; their added value is their human dimension through their horizontal organizational hierarchy.
They are neither the cheapest nor the most expensive out there indeed! But you will always get more for your money; reliable, professional, available & a priceless human dimension company.
Indeed, the most valuable asset of a company is its people.

In general 1OFFICE service is good and professional.
Strong on set up company and do accouting work.
And the 1office platform is good also, easy to check the incoming mail and so on .
Suggest for some small things need to improve , like accouting work to avoid any small mistake .
And 1office should find solution to open the company real bank account for cusotmer from online , I think that would create the great advantage of 1office also .
