11 weeks and still waiting for my money this terrible site has now blocked me access to my account and make out thy have no record of me. Stay well clear of this casino you will not get your money. Wasted thousands and cannot withdraw a penny! Scam alert and my bank have now reported this as a fraudulent company and will be seeking the money back for me. All I wanted was my money.

Each experience is different

UPDATE TO THE BELOW: Since posting the below review I have received my withdrawal. It took almost a month.
To be fair, my previous experiences with this site over this past year have been pretty good.

I don't usually post reviews unless I have something nice to say. This is not the case here😠 I have played at this casino for over a year and I only had the occasional small issue BUT I made a withdrawal on 29 Jan 2026 and I have been given the absolute run around with bs answers and I still haven't received my money. It has been almost 1 month😠
They keep thanking me for my patience but my patience has now run out!

I've given it two stars as I actually enjoyed the games. Different from other sites. However when trying to withdraw (what a boring nightmare) verification needed (fair enough) then withdrawal approved as well as verification documents. Great I thought but nothing for a couple of days. Contacted customer service and they said be patient it can take up to 5 days which is ridiculous but ok. Time went on then I received an email saying withdrawal cancelled. Three times this happened. Had the same two agents every time who seemed like AI as there responses were exactly the same every time. Such a shame as for me the games were really good. Now I'll have the same reply on here saying sorry that you had a bad experience but I really don't want to hear that. How about sort your withdrawal system out and you may get more players. Tried to close account and that's impossible too. 🙄

HORRIFIC experience

Honestly if I could pick half a star

Honestly if I could pick half a star I would stay well clear of this site. The customer service is nothing short of very poor. I made a withdrawal and after 2 days it was still sat at pending can I add that I never received the payment either. After 2 weeks of back and forth the same excuses by far the worst online casino there is out there

Everyone here who gives it 5 stars and has had a good experience... they only had one payout... yes, that's right, with the first payout I had it in the bank within 2 hours... But the second now I've been waiting for more as 3 weeks.

If the bookmaker is legitimate, the payout is made within two hours, and at some bookmakers, within three days.
Anything to the contrary of what I've written is fake or a scam.
I just made my first deposit today, so we'll see what the situation is.

What a nightmare this site is kept changing the date further to verify a transaction when I’d won 1800 but changed the date. On purpose knowing I’d have to wait a month for that statement to show transaction only won when I wasn’t verified not had a single win or never withdrawn of this site even got a vip manager but they don’t make
