Hi Anthony, We're a bit confused. You ordered a 50 Pack of masks from us on July 1st. The order ship out and was delivered on July 9th (6 Business Days Later). While we did advertise 305 Business Days it appears that USPS held up the package in their facility and did not move it at all on July 6th (possibly due to their heavy volume from being closed for July 4th weekend.) Was torn about air friers...

Was torn about air friers...but now I'm hooked! Got this about a week ago and have used it every day! As for the price...can't find it cheaper! Definitely buy this!

Satisfied

I am giving a 4point due to the fact that it arrived 6/10/20 with broken parts. I informed the same to 1 Sale a Day but I have not recieved the part. As for the rest, it works fine, shipping was quick and well packed.

Note: I also purchased insurance. Nevertheless, I understand these situations sometime are out of reach and would of gave you guys 6points but being fair. Keep up the good work.

Excelent customer service and great product

I've ordered a "Factory Renewed" Power XL Air Fryer in this website, at the beginning I was a little skeptical about the Factory Renewed part but I thought it was a good price plus 1Sale was giving me 31 days to return it if it didn't work.

In less than 4 days I had the air fryer in my home, the only bad part is that it wasn't the color I've ordered (black instead of blue)... I've wrote to the customer service explaining the issue and they've wrote back the next day apologizing for the mistake and sending me another one with the right color. I've got the blue one in 3 days and I've been using them since then with no issues at all.

Definitely it was a great choice and the air fryer is working perfect.

I cannot talk better about their customer service, I am glad that they backed up their "customer satisfaction" policy.
