Brilliant service!
Without a doubt the best service we have ever received when choosing a new mortgage product. Fernando went over the top for us when it came to finding the right product, considering we were looking when the interest rates were so unpredictable. Gave us great advice around during the process of buying and selling also which was super useful and needed.

Flawless service
Fernando at 1st Mortgage was knowledgeable and always available. We made quite a few changes to our 2 mortgages through him. Never a problem. Obviously also the best rates! Have already referred a friend to him. I highly recommend his services.

Competitive and reliable Service!
I would highly recommend 1st Mortgage for any lending requirements whether for personal or company investment. Fernando helped us find the right mortgage at the best possible price, he has access to the whole mortgage market. He then followed it all through with all the paperwork and made the whole process so much easier for us.

We have recently remortgaged and it was our second time working with Scott @ 1st Mortgage (West London) Ltd. First time 5 years ago Scott was the consummate professional - always available, easy to speak to and forever ready to chase things down and answer questions. I'm now pleased to say that consistent can be added to the list too as 5 years on we received the same treatment and are very happy with the results. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend (and do regularly!).

Great help to first time buyer mortgage
I had Scott Trotman at 1st Mortgage broker me a mortgage and was very pleased with the experience. As a first time buyer I had no experience or knowledge of the process and found Scott extremely thorough as well as able to get me a decent amount more than other brokers. Would recommend.
