Poor quality car, which needs cleaning

Best airport taxi, reasonable price and always reliable. Perfect choice.

I booked and paid for a meet and greet airport pickup specifically because the passenger does not have a UK phone number and would not be contactable on arrival. The purpose of this service, as commonly understood and as described on your own website, is for the driver to be waiting inside the arrivals hall so that no coordination is required.

Your website states: “Our meet and greet service is included in the cost of our service so you’ll not need to pay any more money to enjoy our high standard of service.” This is a clear representation that the service is fully inclusive and does not require additional charges.

In practice, this was not what was delivered. The driver contacted me and asked me to confirm when the passenger had collected their luggage, which is inconsistent with a meet and greet service and unworkable in a situation where the passenger cannot be contacted. As a direct result, the passenger was left waiting in the arrivals hall for approximately 20 minutes before the driver arrived.

When I contacted the company to raise this issue, I was told that although the driver could meet inside the terminal, additional parking charges may apply if they exceeded what I had already paid. This contradicts the explicit statement on your website that no additional payment is required and materially changes the nature of the service being offered.

The response from staff was also confrontational and did not reflect an attempt to resolve the issue reasonably.

In summary, the service delivered did not match the description provided at the point of booking, and key terms relating to pricing and delivery appear to be inconsistent. Based on this experience, I would not recommend booking a meet and greet service with this company, particularly where reliability and clear, upfront pricing are important.

It is easy to book and confirmation is received very quickly. Communication by WhatsApp and notification when taxi has been dispatched with the ability to track it. Taxis have always been on time and the drivers very professional.
Will continue to use whenever we need a transfer to airports.

Used them multiple times since 2024 without incident. Drivers and cars were as advertised, on time and communication clear. Only fault is at times being asked duplicative questions, on passengers and luggage, but I can live that.

Got a quote and paid up front (required) £120.00 return journey (Leeds Bradford Airport) for 6th Dec 2025. Then received email saying we “don’t cover that area” and my refund would be with me in 10 days. Very disappointed as their website should have refused my booking if that were true and when I called the company the person had a Yorkshire accent not a South England accent (Luton not Luton? Cover the area or not?) I then had to then borrow money from a friend to allow me to book with another company (same price as it’s the going rate). Don’t book with these guys unless you have money to fall back on to book back up when they “don’t cover your area”! Let’s just hope the refund appears.

Driver kept us informed re pick up times and location. Very good communication throughout. Nice drive and comfortable car.

I have used 1st Taxis for airport runs several times now - the helpful and friendly drivers have always arrived in plenty of time, and the cars have been comfortable and clean… 10/10

Absolutely disgraceful company, confirmed a pick up time for family members from Heathrow at 8pm, following a delayed flight, I personally made 2 phone calls to the company to confirm flight was delayed and driver was to attend at the time arranged. The person I spoke to on the phone on both occasions confirmed that they would arrive at 8pm and had the flight number to track in case of further delays, I re-iterated Heathrow can take a long time for luggage etc so the driver should arrive at 8pm.
The driver took it upon himself to arrive earlier than arranged and when my family members came out of the airport at 7.45pm (15 minutes early) he began arguing and shouting at them that he was waiting and they would need to pay his parking charges! They called me and I heard all of this in the background, I called the company and had to explain myself several times to get them to call the driver that it is unacceptable to shout at your passengers especially when you are in the wrong! The driver was driving and shouting at his 2 female passengers trying to intimidate them before eventually being called by the company. He then proceeded to drive to the wrong address in north London instead of the address he was given in South West London and refused to take any responsibility for the fact that he was the driver and should have got them to the right address. Finally when they got back to the right location he refused to lift their suitcases up 4-5 steps, which was specifically requested at the time of booking due to my family member not being able to lift them herself and left them outside with their bags!
Honestly would not recommend anyone use this company, their drivers are unstable and they are not a safe company to use especially if you are female passengers. Stay well away from them!

Also interesting to note this company is in breach of Trust Pilot policy so do not have a rating - be warned!

Ordered from London city airport. Did not show up. Wasted half an hour. Ended up by going to the hotel by Uber. Money was refunded.

Excellent service. From booking my taxi, being greeted courteously by my driver at the airport t delivering me to my home. Highly recommend.
