I've just visited Nadhiir's clinic for the third time ... different issues each time, and I'm always so impressed at how quickly Nadhiir is able to correctly identify the problems and then solve them.
Unlike so many practitioners there's very little talking, unless relevant to the treatment, so an atmosphere of calm concentration prevails.
I feel 100 per cent cared for.

It was my first visit to Nadiir and he treated me with dignity, care and consideration. My lower back pain was quite difficult to manage. He knew exactly what the problem was and after just one session I felt an improvement. I am now awaiting my second appointment. Nadiir's expertise is very reassuring.

1st care has been a revelation for me over the past year. After surgery and several injuries to my back and both shoulders, I can honestly say that Nadir is an absolute wizard. His diagnoses are so sharp and astute, his treatments so thorough and targeted and his advice and exercise plans incredibly effective. I saw him yesterday about a painful back strain and today I was playing golf and squash pain free... Truly amazing. Nothing but praise for the experience, fully recommend his service.

In the last 6 years I have been going to Nadhiir every single time I have left fixed and feeling 100% and able to go about my daily life again.

My back pain is completely gone, and when I do occasionally jar my back playing sports I head straight to Nadhiir and he fixes it! I joke with friends he can heal you.

His ‘bedside manner’ is also superb and makes you feel at ease immediately talking you through what he is doing and why.

Please, if in any pain do yourself a favour and go to Nadhiir!

I live about four hours from Nadhiir, so I emailed him about my problem back, he quickly responded with exercise advice. I have been to many Physios and Osteopaths and only rarely do you come across someone confident in their field and able to diagnose and and give advice for future health. Thank you Nadhiir, I will not hesitate to make the trip to see you if the need arises in the future.

Many members of my family and some friends have used Nadiir for various problems over the years and without fail he has successfully improved all our problems. he recently treated me for a meniscus tear and his expert advice and treatment has meant I did not need surgery and am now pain free and able to carry on with my active lifestyle. I thoroughly recommend him. He always takes the time to completely understand the problem and is able to expertly provide a suitable course of treatment. If you have any problems in this area he is the man to go to.

I saw Nadhiir today and feel so much better. Nadhiir's treatments have meant that, in m late 60s, I have been able to carry on playing tennis and exercising on a regular basis. He is very holistic and knowledgable, which means you feel able to discuss wider health matters that could be having an impact on the problem areas you booked the appointment for. Nadhiir also has a good sense of humour and the sessions are very enjoyable. I have recommended him to various friends, who have all been impressed by his sessions.

I have been seeing Nadhiir for around 3 years now. I first started seeing him due to chronic neck pain which resulted in weekly migraine attacks. Nadhiir has worked wonders in alleviating pain and my migraine attacks have reduced significantly.
