I needed a replacement air vent for a secondhand car I’d purchased and didn’t know where to start looking. 1st Choice Spares made it so easy - within an hour of putting in my requirements I’d had several quotes. Having tried two national companies, I tried 1st Choice spares, I gave them the information and they found the exact part. The company sent a photo of the part I wanted to ensure I was happy before dispatching it.

1st Choice Spares sent me a company called RM Automotive who found a part I required and was delivered quickly, unfortunately when I took it to the garage I found out it was the wrong part. I contacted RM Automotive and they immediately arranged to have the part collected and sorted a refund. Many Thanks to RM Automotive.

I needed a replacement fuse box for my van , I tried 1st Choice Spares , and punched in my details and code number for the fuse box I needed , after 15 or so minutes I had a choice of three on their website .
I made my choice and with MGS Automative LTD in Macclesfield and made my purchase .
Excellent customer service and feedback .
I received my fusebox through the post within 3 days and it was well packaged .

After trying the local dealer for rear headrest for a suzuki ignis, I tried this company. Had 3 quotes within the hour. All reasonable. I hadn't bought anything like this before so took a chance. Brilliant! The company delivered within 4 days and the head rest were correct. Very pleased with all involved and have already recommend to a friend. Thank you.

Found what I was looking for. A wing mirror got my Honda Insight. It arrived after a short delay by eDHL. In very good condition and well packaged. Reasonably priced. Would definitely use them again.

good lads very helpfully sent my part in good time even sent pictures to comfirm the part was right it was wrong but they were fast in finding the correct part and sending it out will use them again

Found the part I needed and it was quickly delivered.

I desperately needed a rear right hand door for my transit 350 mid height van. I tried EBay but they were rare and what was on sale was rubbish. 1st Choice found me a breaker with one and they even sprayed it for me and it matched perfectly. Reasonably priced including delivery. The breakers were Alf Kyme Van Breakers from Rochdale, Lancs and I owe them a big thankyou for sorting it all out. They were fantastic to deal with and so so helpful. Thankyou Dave

My first quote for a tailgate came from Car breakers Birmingham for 525 delivered.
I rang them and they assured me it was the correct part. I asked for a photo, to be sure and the photo clearly showed it was from a different model. When I let them know this they sent me the correct photo but the price had mysteriously increased to 680?
I argued, on the phone that the only thing wrong with the first quote was the photo they'd sent but they were adamant that the correct tailgate was only available at the higher price despite the fact that they had all the correct information from the very beginning but had sent me the wrong photo. Cowboys!
1st choice cannot wash their hands of this kind of underhand dealing. It reflects badly on their reputation as it was their recommendation for a supplier.

I e twice ordered a part that is available and paid for it. Both times after a few days have been told they don't actually have the part.

Shame on 1st Choice Spares for allowing scammers on their platform!

I purchased a £1,300 gearbox through your site from “Foreign Car Spares Ltd” – what a nightmare. I received a faulty part, followed by the wrong part, and now they’re refusing to refund me. Even after diagnostics by Nissan main dealer and an independent garage confirmed the fault, they keep fobbing me off.

Foreign Car Spares has terrible reviews and a reputation for ripping people off – how can 1st Choice Spares continue to let them operate on your platform? You’re enabling this fraud. This has left me out of pocket on labour, storage, and transport costs, and without a working car.

If you care about customers, remove these dodgy sellers and take accountability for what happens through your site. Until then, I’ll warn everyone: Avoid 1st Choice Spares – they’re helping scammers profit!

I requested a parcel shelf for my Citroen C1 VTR (09 plate), and received quotes quickly ranging from reasonable to overpriced (in my opinion). I chose the lowest quote from A1 Allcars Ltd., which was received within specified delivery time, and was in excellent condition. However, I was disappointed to find that although the shelf fitted widthways, the depth was slightly too big, meaning it doesn’t lay completely flat when the boot lid is closed. I won’t be returning the shelf as it isn’t a major inconvenience, but just curious as how this would happen. Regardless of this, I would happily use 1st Choice Spares UK again.
