Do Not use this company. I ordered a part for my Jura machine. It never came. When I spoke to them they claimed it was delivered and the problem was with the post office. So they would not send another or issue a refund and then they hung up on me!!!

My customer service experience with this company was the worst I’ve ever seen! When calling about Jura S8 pricing, I tried to convey to the sales rep what deal and product details I had been provided by another company to see if they would honor their price match guarantee. As I began to speak the rep cut me off numerous times and was very rude with the way he addressed me. Despite telling him the company I was quoted from, the model and color of the Jura s8, this individual made snark remarks towards me before hanging the phone up.
After my experience, I could only imagine how returns or product issues may be dealt with 1st in coffee. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for you coffee needs. This company doesn’t respect its clients and they do not deserve your business!
