I'm an overseas transplant and have been trying to book appointments to see flats, the contact there (Melanie Gibbons) was very rude and condescending!!! Is there really a rule for renters to show proof of a 3 year minimum in Scotland? Why would you detract new clients? How do you gain the experience?! I also may think they're racist!
