Ghost site

I purchased a guitar strap on November 26th and still today (December 10th) I have no news. Nobody responds to my emails and Facebook. Terrible site. I recommend not buying from here if you don't want to waste time and money.

Great Customer Service

Placed an order. Realised I had made a mistake in the order and emailed to cancel. The order was cancelled in a few minutes, no fuss. Great customer service. I will be using them again in the future.

Good price but lousy delivery and packaging.

I called to verify that had the product I wanted and they confirmed the item was in stock. I purchased the product and paid the extra £5 for two day delivery. Three clear business days later the item still hadn't even been dispatched. After a call to them they said it would be dispatched later that day. Another two days later my order arrived so badly packed that the ‘box’ it was in had burst open in three places. The ‘box’ had clearly been fabricated from several other old boxes and was poorly held together with several metres of tape. Luckily the product was robust enough to have not suffered any obvious damage. I would never buy from these people again.

I made a recent purchase that Royal Mail promptly stole in transit.
After contacting Sam at 1to1 the issue was resolved immediately.

Fast and friendly service that made me feel like a valued customer.

I will use 1to1 again in future.

I found a good price on an item in…

I found a good price on an item in their ebay shop and ordered the item (Strangely, the same item was quite a bit more expensive on their own website). Communications were poor and no tracking information was provided until they responded to my email a few days later with the tracking and courier details. I received their email about twenty minutes before the courier arrived with the parcel.

Clearly, I'm happy with the price I paid but they need to get their act together with communications and issuing tracking information as soon as they mark an item as 'despatched'.

Good price but slow delivery on this occasion.

Ordered a Bodhran on the 27th July - with 1 day despatch and 48hr courier delivery advertised. Chased on the 31st to be told there was a problem - no indication of what - and they would despatch later that day. All in all much slower than I expected. However I am revising this review having spoken with Dermy, where the service vastly improved. Very sincere apologies, and we resolved the matter to both our satisfaction. Great prices and realistically all companies can at times struggle with demand. Therefore I will use again as their products and prices are excellent - nuff said !!

This excellent independent shop seems to be the target of premeditated negative feedback for some reason BUT THEY ARE TOP NOTCH

I have purchased online from Amazon & eBay a few times from these folks and have received the items within 48 hours each time. Their feedback looks like it has taken a hammering from international customers who don't understand that it will take 2-3 weeks for items to get to Australia or the Arctic! It clearly says this on the platforms so it's these people's own fault.
The items are always great and they use as much recycled material as they can for protecting items while in transit. They always answer emails and are handy as hell if your want any musical instrument or related item! I just want to purchase and get my strings or what not fast, and this is exactly what I get!

Fair play to independent stores such as these!
